Nuoyaji and the others faced a swarm of creatures emerging from a spiral pillar while a colossal entity calling itself the Venerable Lord of Ten Thousand Crowns emerged from the black hole and fought Rodan. After Rodan shattered its body, King Ghidorah suspected the entity was not the true threat, and Apekus recognized it as a world-destroying descender believed to have been killed.

• A spiral pillar crashed into the ruins, the ground opened beneath the building, and Nuoyaji was rescued by Chaluoke as Venerable An descended with Anasi.
