"Watt Fake?"
Sirius stood there, with an expression on his face as if he had been slapped in the face.
"Try again." he said.
Before Lin Ze could stop him, Sirius had already changed direction and rushed out.
His figure left a series of afterimages on the water, and jumped dozens of meters away in the blink of an eye.
Then there was a flash of white light.
He was back where he was.
Sirius was breathing heavily, and his hair fell down, covering half of his face. He pushed his hair back and stared at the light.
"You did it on purpose, didn't you?"
"It's the rules that trap you." The humanoid in the light group said in a gentle tone, as if he was explaining to a child why sugar can't be eaten as food.
Mia squatted down. She did not try to escape or ask about the identity of the light group. Instead, she dipped her fingertips into the water and stirred it slightly.
Ripples appeared on the water surface, and the circle of lines did not turn back when it hit the stone wall like before, but drifted straight towards the crack, and was swallowed up at the mouth of the crack, leaving no trace at all.
The human figure in the light group tilted its head slightly and looked at Mia with interest, seeming to feel that there was a big difference in this girl.
"You just said that you are attached to our knowledge." Lin Ze took two steps forward and stared at the figure in the light ball.
"Then what will happen to this space if you disappear?"
"I will not disappear." The figure shook his head.
"What nonsense are you talking to?" Sirius roared impatiently from the side, and then activated "Apparition".
There was just a crisp sound of "crack", and Sirius disappeared in place, and the next moment a white light appeared again, and he was sent back to the origin again, as if he had never moved.
"Fuck Fuck, I still don't believe it!"
Sirius There was a "crackling" sound, and the body kept disappearing and reappearing in place.
After trying no less than twenty times, Sirius finally stuck his knees in place and gasped for breath.
Lin Ze held Sirius's shoulders and pulled him half a step back.
"Okay, don't try. If you try again a hundred times, the result will probably be the same."
He took a deep breath, raised his right hand, and lightly drew his fingertips in the air in front of him.
"Boundary Break"
The usual blue-white space rift did not appear.
Nothing is happening in the air.
Lin Ze didn't believe in evil, so he stroked again, this time the movement was slower, and the magic power was deliberately suppressed in the body to be more solid.
He could feel the magic power pouring out, but it couldn't make any waves in the space.
Sure enough, this place is already a space independent of the real world, and the rules here are different from the outside world.
"What's wrong?" Mia asked.
"My spell doesn't work here... we... seem to be really trapped here."
From the day he learned "Boundary Break", this spell became the strongest trump card in his hand, but here, it lost its effect.
Sirius straightened up with his knees on his back, wiped the sweat from his face, looked at Lin Ze's expression, and slowly put away his impatience.
"Even you are at a loss?"
The human figure in the light ball floated quietly in place, always maintaining the slightly bowed posture, like a dozing person.
"Don't bother." The gentle voice sounded.
"It makes the rules here."
"Then what... is it?" Sirius stared at the surging crack.
The light group did not answer the question, "It does not allow anyone to leave here."
Lin Ze asked softly, "What about you? How long have you been here?"
"I don't exist... so... I've never been here..."
"..."
Damn it, Lin Ze felt like I was punched on a cotton pillow. There was no feedback at all. This thing just said a few nonsense words.
"Go"Other Side"It's waiting for you..." The voice spoke again, still letting them enter the dark-looking crack.
"It seems that we have no other choice?" Sirius said with a mouthful of thick phlegm.
"Let's go, we can only move on." Lin Ze made the decision immediately.
So the three of them bypassed the figure and plunged into the crevice.
The water surface disappears the moment it crosses the boundary of the crack.
The darkness closed from both sides like a curtain, and spread out after they fully entered.
The feeling of weightlessness came from under my feet, and the loss of being unable to control my body began to grow from the bottom of my heart.
After an unknown amount of time, the three of them felt that their feet had stepped on real soil.
The light falls from the top of the head, with a faint warm yellow color, like the sunlight at dusk.
But there was no sun overhead, and the direction of the light source could not be found.
"This place..." Sirius looked around blankly.
Under the feet of the three people are spiral stone steps, extending downward step by step. There is nothing else. They seem to be extracted from this world alone. Except for the stone steps under their feet, there is only a faint warm yellow color around them.
"Let's go..." Lin Ze patted Sirius on the back.
The three of them walked down the spiral stone platform step by step. As the three of them walked further and further down, the surrounding light became darker and darker.
Suddenly, Mia stopped halfway.
"What's wrong?" Lin Ze asked.
She squatted down and touched a shallow groove on the edge of the stone platform with her fingers.
There is a small piece of something embedded in the shallow groove, off-white, cylindrical, with a smooth surface.
"Is this... a bone?" she said hesitantly.
Lin Ze took a closer look.
It was a phalanx, a human one. There were obvious signs of fracture at the joints, and the fracture was rounded, as if it had been run over repeatedly by something.
He lifted the phalanx from the shallow groove.
Sirius poked his head over from the side. "Have we had any unlucky people come here before?"
Mia took the bone from Lin Ze's hand and held it up to his eyes.
The fluorescence lit up from the wand, and the bone surface glowed with an abnormal dark yellow color, as if it had been soaked in something.
"I don't see any problem, let's go."
The three of them continued walking down.
After about half an hour or more, the three of them finally reached the bottom of the stone steps.
As the three of them came down the stone steps, they stepped onto a platform that was only a few meters square. They were surrounded by rich darkness, and in the darkness there was a warm yellow hole, floating there so lightly.
The three men bent down and got in.
The passage is very short, and you will reach the end after walking seven or eight steps. The moment you walked out, Lin Ze's eyes were dazzled by a silver-white light.
Only when he got used to it did he see the scene in front of him clearly.
A stone room, not too big, with smooth mirror-like walls and a uniform layer of silver-white light covering the surface.
There is a stone table in the middle of the stone room, with three things on it:
A pottery bowl, a bowl of water, and a key.
There are circular characters engraved on the inside of the pottery bowl. The clear water surface is as calm as a mirror. The key looks like it is made of black iron. The style is simple and the teeth are complex.
In front of the stone table, something was sitting with its back to them.
The figure was thin, with a slightly hunched back. He was wearing an old robe whose original color could not be seen, and had long gray hair hanging down to his waist.
It didn't move or speak.
Lin Ze gripped the wand tightly and took a step forward.
"Hello?"
