Chapter Summaries

Wumu arrived as Baby was about to kill Goku, forced Baby out of Vegeta, and incapacitated him before returning to the Sacred World of the Kai. Goku and Vegeta were left wondering about Wumu’s strength, while Wumu told Old Kai he had only intervened to keep Goku’s path from ending.

• Wumu appeared between Baby and the wounded Goku, then ordered Baby to leave Vegeta’s body.
• Wumu forced Baby out of Vegeta with a palm strike and trapped Baby so he could not possess anyone else.

Months after Baby’s defeat, Wumu remained in the Sacred World of the Kai until Hell’s gates opened in the GT Timeline. He defeated the returning villains and Super 17, but suspected someone more powerful was behind the breach.

Goku and his allies fought the seven dragons born from the Dragon Balls, while Wumu learned that they were meant to draw out Zalama. After Syn Shenron overwhelmed Goku, Vegeta, and Gogeta, the golden true dragon appeared, and Wumu recognized it as Zalama’s true body.

Whis allowed Zalama to return to the Dragon Balls after Wumu defeated him, and Wumu returned to Heart Island after three years away. He reunited with his students and resumed their training, ending his fighting journey at home.
