I don't know how long it took.

Peter woke up in a hospital bed. His helmet was taken off and his battle suit was opened, revealing his chest covered with bandages.

He groaned and sat up. How long had he been unconscious?

"Be careful, Peter." He heard someone talking. He turned around and saw Natasha with a bruised nose and face sitting between his bed and another bed. On that bed lay an unconscious Hawkeye. Peter. Blinking, oh no, how many plots has he slept through!

"What happened?" he asked immediately.

Natasha sighed and began to explain.

The plot basically remains the same, but some small details are different. Tony was very angry about Thor beating him unconscious. Although Thor apologized, Tony couldn't listen at all. Then everything went as usual: Loki escaped, S.H.I.E.L.D. suffered heavy losses, and Avengers fell apart.

Peter sighed, he wanted to prevent something from happening. He hoped to change something. But now...Avengers must be born.

He pulled out the tubes on his body and got out of bed. Natasha raised his head. "You need to rest."

"Loki is preparing to release an army outside," Peter put on his battle suit, and the glowing black spider web patterns lit up, "I don't plan to sit still and wait for death."

"You were attacked by a god, you can rest, Peter. Leave the rest to--"

"Don't say 'leave it to the adults'." Peter growled, "I'm not a child who needs to be swaddled, Natasha. I may not be a trained killer like you, but I am by no means a coward." He put on his mask and walked out.

"Where are you going?" she asked.

Peter turned back. "Now there are two heartbroken men who could possibly save the world. I'm going to kick their ass. Take care of your partner."

He walked towards the place where he knew Tony and Steve would be - Hulk's giant cell, where Loki had tricked Thor into going. It was now empty. He walked in and saw Tony and Steve looking lonely.

"Hey, are you two hiding here to hold a memorial service?" Peter teased.

The two immediately turned their heads and looked at him in surprise.

"Spider-Man! You're awake!"

Steve walked up quickly and looked Peter up and down.

"How do you feel?"

"You can't die." Peter patted his chest, and the corner of his mouth twitched slightly in pain, "But Thor, that guy's moves are really dark."

"He has already apologized." Steve said.

Tony next to him sneered.

"Can an apology put a broken rib back together?"

Peter looks at the sound.

Tony was leaning against the wall, his expression frighteningly ugly. A few steps away, there was a large dark red blood stain on the ground.

Peter The smile on his face slowly disappeared.

"Coulson?"

Tony didn't answer, just tilted his head.

Steve was silent for a moment and whispered, "Does he have family?"

"Not married." Tony stared at the blood stain, "But he seems to have a girlfriend who plays the cello."

"It's a pity." Steve said, "He is a good man."

"He's a fool."

Tony's voice was low, as if he was scolding Coulson, or himself.

"You know you can't beat Loki, but you still dare to rush in alone. Can't he wait for us for a few more minutes?"

"He had no way out at that time." Steve said.

"No way out?"

Tony looked up suddenly.

"We're on this ship! He just needs to hold on a little longer--"

"That's enough."

Peter interrupted the two of them.

Tony and Steve looked over at the same time.

"Coulson is dead. One of you is blaming him for being brave, and the other is blaming yourself for not catching up."

Peter Raise your hands and press the sides of the helmet.

There was a click.

The visor unfolded to both sides, revealing an overly young face.

Tony was stunned.

Steve's expression also changed.

"How old are you?"

"That's not the point."

"Of course this is the point!" Tony stared at him, "You shouldn't be here at your age!"

"Anyone of you two can say this, but you are not qualified."

Peter looked at Steve first.

"Before you were injected with the serum, everyone thought you were unworthy of the battlefield. But have you given up?"

Steve was speechless for a moment.

Peter looked at Tony again.

"And you. Wearing a tin can made by yourself, you want to do everything by yourself. Now you start to think that I am too young?"

"That's different."

"What's the difference?"

Peter took a step forward and pointed at the blood on the ground.

"Coulson is dead. Loki is still alive."

"If you continue to stay here and blame yourself, he will not stop and wait for you to adjust your mood. He will only kill more people."

There was complete silence in the cell.

Peter put his mask back on, and the voice changer gave his voice a metallic texture.

"My uncle always told me that with great power comes great responsibility."

"I'm not interested in taking my life to prove how brave I am, nor do I want to be a martyr."

"But there are still people out there waiting for us to save."

"So, you two."

Peter raised his hand and pointed toward the door.

"Either continue holding the memorial service for Coulson here, or go out and beat the bastard who killed him to the ground."

Tony stared at Peter for a few seconds and suddenly laughed.

"The level of speech is good."

Steve also slowly straightened his back.

"He's right."

"Then the question comes." Peter looked at the two of them, "Do you want to do it or not?"

"Do it." Steve did not hesitate.

Tony looked down at the blood on the ground.

"Coulson Better owe me a favor."

The atmosphere finally came alive again.

Peter struck while the iron was hot. "Loki was caught on purpose and used the scepter to stir up everyone's emotions. He never wanted to escape from the beginning."

"He wants to disintegrate us from within." Steve reacted.

Tony's eyes narrowed.

"He doesn't just want to win."

"That's right." Peter said, "He also wants everyone to watch him win."

Tony took two steps in place, and his thoughts became clearer and clearer.

"Germany That performance was just a trial performance. He needs a bigger stage, a coronation ceremony that the whole world can see."

"High-profile, conspicuous, and worthy of his status." Steve frowned.

Tony looked up suddenly.

"Stark Tower."

"Son of a bitch." Steve understood instantly.

Peter Close the upper armor.

"Now that you've found a place, don't stand still."

Tony has turned around and walked out.

"I'll go back and put on my armor first."

"Don't go up alone." Steve reminded.

"Don't worry, I'm just going home to get something."

After the words fell, Tony activated the injector under his feet and flew out directly from the damaged exit.

Peter looked at Steve.

"Let's go find Natasha and Hawkeye."

"Hawkeye can still be trusted?"

"You will know if you wake up and ask."

A few minutes later, Quinjet rushed out of Helicarrier and headed straight for Manhattan.

Natasha was in charge of driving, Clint was sitting in the co-pilot seat, and Steve was checking the equipment in the rear cabin.

Peter stood in front of the porthole, looking at New York getting closer and closer in the distance.

Millions of people live here.

Once the portal opens, the first to be unlucky will never be the superheroes, but ordinary people who don't even know what's happening.

Peter suddenly took out the mobile phone issued by S.H.I.E.L.D..

Open the account and edit the message.

[Emergency notice: Manhattan Stark Tower is about to be attacked by a super villain, please evacuate immediately. Repeat, this is not a drill!]

Send.

Review passed.

Peter sent it several times in succession.

Natasha glanced at him in the rearview mirror.

"What are you doing?"

"Save people."

Peter stares at the comments that are constantly refreshing.

[Spider-Man account has been stolen?]

[Evacuate Manhattan in broad daylight? Do you know how many people are here?]

[What kind of sex video is this again?]

Peter A vein jumped on his forehead.

I usually make too many jokes, but now no one believes me when I tell the truth.
