The synthesis path and enrichment plan of the active ingredients have been fully implemented, and Rinto immediately started the second core link of the project: the forced accelerated regulation of the entire growth cycle of plants.
Unlike animal cells, the growth cycle of plants has an extremely fixed timing control logic: from seed germination, seedling growth, vegetative organ development, to flowering, fruiting, and maturity, each stage is precisely controlled by the gene timing regulation network in the cell nucleus. Conventional Yang Release ripening only violently stimulates cell division, causing the plant to rapidly increase in size. However, it completely disrupts the inherent growth sequence of the plant. Either the stems and leaves will grow but not bloom, and the active ingredients will not accumulate, or the plant will suffer from premature senescence or even direct death.
What Rinto wants to do is not crude ripening, but precise timing reprogramming. Without destroying the plant growth logic, affecting the synthesis of active ingredients, or damaging the activity of the plant, it speeds up the clock of the entire growth cycle dozens of times, allowing the life process that originally took three years to be completed accurately and orderly within three months.
His core idea is that Yang Release anchors the cell nucleus and regulates hierarchical timing.
The core of Yang Release Chakra is to control life and body energy. It can be used not only for the repair and regeneration of human cells, but also for regulating the growth and division of plant cells. But unlike human repair, the control of plant growth cycles requires extreme precision and cannot be out of control.
Rinto designed a set of full-cycle dynamic control configuration based on the previously disassembled full-growth cycle data of Dragon Blood Grass and Ice Lotus, which is divided into three core modules, corresponding to different stages of plant growth:
The first module is the cell nucleus anchoring and timing control module. The extremely precise Yang Release Chakra is used to anchor the nucleus of plant cells, precisely regulate the core gene loci that control the growth cycle, and orderly start the development program of different growth stages, breaking the inherent time limit, so that the seedling stage, vegetative growth stage, secondary metabolism accumulation stage, and maturity stage can advance in an orderly and rapid manner without any confusion in timing.
The second module is the cell division and growth balance module. While accelerating cell division, it simultaneously regulates the elongation, differentiation and maturation of cells, ensuring that the roots, stems, leaves and medicinal parts of the plant can develop synchronously and healthily without "leggy" deformities. At the same time, it matches the previously designed secondary metabolism control configuration to allow nutrient growth and the accumulation of active ingredients to advance completely simultaneously, without the problem of "the plant is mature, but the medicinal effect has not yet reached the standard".
The third module is the nutrition and energy supply control module. The growth rate of the plant has been increased dozens of times, and naturally requires far more nutrients and energy supply than the supernatural state. Rinto designed the corresponding root system strengthening configuration, which greatly improves the plant root system. Absorption capacity, and the Natural Energy auxiliary nourishment module is added. Mild Natural Energy is used to improve the photosynthesis efficiency of the plants and ensure that during the rapid growth process, there will be no problems of nutritional deficiencies and plant weakness.
In order to ensure the stability of the entire growth cycle, Rinto has also added multiple dynamic feedback adjustment mechanisms to the configuration. The configuration will monitor the growth status, cell activity, and metabolism of the plant in real time, and automatically adjust the output intensity and timing advancement rate of Yang Release Chakra. Once there are signs of abnormal growth or metabolic disorder, it will immediately automatically correct or even suspend acceleration to ensure that the plant is in a healthy and controllable growth state throughout the process.
After the theoretical framework and configuration design were completed, Rinto immediately contacted Nara Clan and asked them to send high-quality seeds of Dracaena and Ice Lotus, as well as supporting seedling substrates and standardized planting pots. He wanted to first conduct a small-scale pot planting experiment to completely verify the actual effect of this accelerated configuration, record the growth data of the entire cycle, and optimize and adjust the parameters.
On the day he received the seeds, Rinto set up an exclusive planting experimental area in the backyard of the laboratory. He first sterilized the seedling substrate, planted the seeds of Dracaena and Ice Lotus, and then solidified the designed full-cycle regulation configuration, together with the secondary metabolism enrichment configuration, into the pattern of the planting pot, ensuring that from the moment the seeds germinate, the configuration can be accurately controlled throughout the entire process.
The day after the seeds were planted, the seeds of Dragon Blood Grass, which originally took 7-10 days to germinate, had already broken out of the ground and grown into strong seedlings. The seeds of Ice Lotus also germinated smoothly on the third day, and the growth of the seedlings was far beyond the level of the same period under supernatural conditions.
Rinto will record the growth data of the seedlings every day, detect the cell activity of the plants and the synthesis of active ingredients, and fine-tune the parameters of the configuration to ensure complete synchronization of growth and drug effect accumulation.
The progress of the experiment was perfectly in line with his design expectations.
It takes a year to complete vegetative growth in the natural environment. Under the control of the structure, Dracaena grew complete rhizome and leaves in less than 20 days. The plant is strong and the root system is developed without any leggy or deformed conditions. More importantly, through testing, the cells of the rhizome have begun to synthesize a large amount of dragon blood, and the concentration has caught up with Dracaena that has grown naturally for a year, fully achieving the synchronization of growth and accumulation of medicinal effects.
Ice lotus, which has extremely high environmental requirements, has also shown strong adaptability. The plant, which originally required high-cold and high-humidity environments for normal growth, still grew well in the experimental area at room temperature. The configuration not only accelerated its growth, but also optimized its adaptability to the environment. The synthesis of lianxinin was also started smoothly in the seedling stage, without any metabolic inhibition.
Rinto updates the plant growth data every day, adjusts the parameters of the configuration, and solves minor problems that arise during the experiment. For example, during the mid-term period of rapid growth of Dracaena, the leaves were deficient in trace elements. He immediately optimized the strengthening configuration of the root system to improve the absorption efficiency of trace elements; the stamen development speed of Ice Lotus was slightly slower than expected, so he fine-tuned the timing control parameters of reproductive growth, allowing the development process to return to the preset track.
One month later, the dragon's blood grass in the experimental area had grown to the size of a plant that had grown naturally for two years. The concentration of dragon's blood in the rhizomes had reached 80% of that of three-year-old wild medicinal materials. The ice lotus also grew full flower buds, which are expected to bloom in another half a month. Under natural conditions, ice lotus needs to grow for more than four years to produce flower buds.
This result has completely exceeded Nara Clan's expectations. They originally only required "three months to mature without compromising the efficacy." However, according to the current growth rate, Dragon Blood Grass and Ice Lotus can reach full maturity in about two and a half months, and the content of active ingredients can even exceed that of wild three-year-old and five-year-old medicinal materials.
During this period, people from the Nara Clan came twice, wanting to see the progress of the experiment, but were blocked outside the courtyard by Rinto. He only asked them to deliver the supporting fertilizers and reagents required for testing on time, and did not let them see the situation in the experimental area. He only said, "I will inform you when it is mature." He did not want to be interrupted by irrelevant exclamations and inquiries, interrupting the rhythm of his experiment.
In the sixth week of the experiment, the first dragon's blood grass has fully reached the standard for mature use as medicine. The rhizome of the plant is thick and thick, and the color is deep red. After sampling and testing by Rinto, it was confirmed that the content of dragon's blood is 1.6 times that of three-year-old wild dragon's blood grass, which fully meets or even far exceeds the medicinal standards.
He recorded and filed the test data and looked at the medicinal herbs growing happily in the experimental area without any emotion on his face. To him, this was just another set of successfully verified experimental data, a perfect proof of the logic of regulating plant cell growth.
He immediately compiled the complete planting plan, configuration drawings, parameter specifications, and full-cycle maintenance points of Dragon Blood Grass and Ice Lotus into a complete document. This set of plans can not only be used for these two medicinal materials, but can be adapted to most rare medicinal materials by fine-tuning the corresponding parameters according to the growth cycle and metabolic characteristics of different medicinal materials, completely solving the wartime reserve problem of Nara medicinal fields.
But he did not immediately hand over the plan to the Nara Clan. This was because he found that although fast-growing plants were growing well and had up-to-standard medicinal efficacy, their stress resistance was weaker than that of naturally growing plants - after all, after completing three years in three months, the plant's lignification level, resistance to pests and diseases, drought, and extreme environments were all slightly insufficient.
The planting environment during wartime cannot be as stable and controllable as the laboratory experimental area. Once pests and diseases, extreme weather, or the Chakra shock wave of the battlefield affects the medicinal fields, it is easy for large areas of plants to die and reduce production.
Rinto put down the planting plan in his hand, picked up the charcoal pencil, and laid out a new slate. He wanted to add the last piece of the puzzle to this accelerated plan: an enhanced stress-resistance configuration for fast-growing plants.
