The stretch ended with Lu Chen learning alchemy and a new Word Spirit while Tang Wulin struggled with his diminished strength.

• Lu Chen met Zhang Huanyun, learned that Zhang Yueyao had recommended him to the War God Hall, and was made an unofficial member before Zhen Hua offered to take him as a disciple.

After surviving a deadly train attack and refusing Nana Li’s invitation to join the Holy Spirit Cult, he was carried toward Shrek Academy as his Spiritual Power continued to transform.

• Lu Chen defeated Wang Jinxi and Zhang Yangzi’s Dark Eagle Dragon fusion in the class tournament, then collapsed from exhaustion as Tang Wulin awakened the Clear Sky Hammer and raised his Soul Power.
• Long Tianwu had Ye Yingluo expelled, and Eastsea Academy formed Class Zero with Lu Chen, Tang Wulin, Xie Xie, Gu Yue, Zhang Yangzi, Wang Jinxi, and Wei Xiaofeng.
