After leaving the room related to the former Hero, Link, Linden continued down the blank corridor.
After looking at two more failed salvation projects, unless he came across a door that interested him, Linden stopped examining them closely. He took in the gist in a hurry, then moved on.
After all, Oath City was still in the thick of battle, and after entering this place, he had lost all perception of the outside world. He could not afford to leisurely and slowly pore over the past.
As he kept moving forward and comparing the records of the various projects, Linden discovered several interesting points.
First was the number of worlds.
The world Linden was currently in was clearly the Fourth World, and according to the records, there seemed to be five worlds in total. However, the project records rarely described the worlds in detail, so Linden could only roughly infer that the five worlds were probably all different.
Looked at that way, the world he had been in before crossing over might have been one of the five.
Of course, it was also possible that, like Link, they were false memories stuffed into him by the gods.
He could not recall specific memories from before he crossed over, and even his memory of what he had originally looked like was blurry. Looking at it this way, the possibility that his memories of the past were fake was practically infinitely high—
If that was really the case, it was way too hard on a mushroom.
Another point was that the projects on both sides of this blank corridor seemed to be arranged in chronological order.
Aside from the project numbers, the most obvious evidence was the content of the projects.
What Linden had first seen were all kinds of salvation projects,
