I need to take two days off to rest; I'm not feeling well.
Then the book came to an end. After finishing this side story and refining the main plot, it could be finished. If I wanted to write more, there were the Matrix and Resident Evil (which was risky), but since the earlier parts weren't handled well, I didn't think it was necessary to drag it out any longer.
As for the completion time, it should be finished by mid-November, which will coincide with the book's first anniversary.
This book isn't very well written; in my opinion, it's about a 65 out of 100. The main plot is completely missing. Besides my own poor writing skills, another reason is that I wasn't prepared when I started writing it.
Because this is an old idea, much earlier than my last book, I have inspiration documents for it on both my computer and phone.
When I started writing the book, I only referred to the old document on my computer and improvised, forgetting about the new document on my phone, which contained the main plot.
I wrote until around chapter 20 when "Yanhou Cuican" said my synopsis was terrible. I wanted to revise it, and then I remembered the document on my phone. The first half of this synopsis is pulled from that document, but the main plot was beyond saving. There was no room for maneuver at that point. Although I tried to salvage it later, doing so would have meant slowing down the pace, which would have made it harder for readers to follow along, potentially putting me at a disadvantage during the initial release period (I faced immense competition during both of my initial release periods). So, I had to pretend this problem didn't exist.
The consequence of gritting one's teeth and pushing through was that the game world failed to connect all the worlds, making them appear very fragmented.
Then there's the ever-present issue of review and approval, which hasn't bothered me for a long time now.
The third world was originally supposed to be " The Day After Tomorrow," but the reviewers advised against writing about worlds with eras and backgrounds similar to reality, so the order of the story segments was changed. Their attention was then diverted, and I felt much more at ease. There were also some outrageous suggestions, such as not using words like " Pacific Ocean," which I ignored because if I had, I simply couldn't write anymore and might as well have just ended the story...
That's all for now.
