The two forced down their grief and flew away at top speed, putting distance between themselves and the hurricane behind them.

Just then, the ground beneath them shook violently. Accompanied by a series of thunderous booms, a full hundred volcanoes suddenly erupted.

Scorching magma shot into the sky, spraying more than a hundred thousand meters into the air.

In an instant, magma engulfed them. It was ahead, behind, to their left and right, above and below. There was nowhere to dodge, nowhere to hide.

"Run!"

One of them roared. Both dodged the hurtling lava, trying to break out of this inferno.

Tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands of tons of lava generated tremendous impact force as it erupted at extreme speed.

Even a Star Level warrior could not survive a direct hit from lava like this.

"No!"

One of the Star Level warriors failed to dodge in time. The magma swallowed him, burning him straight to ashes.

"Yalun!"

Seeing another brother die a terrible death, the third man let out a grief-stricken wail.

But he could not stop. Dodging madly for his life, he finally escaped the rain of magma in a sorry state.

"Yaka! Yalun!"

He fled to safety and stared toward where his two brothers had died, tears streaming down his face.

"Why? Why?!"

He howled furiously at the sky.

The three brothers had left their homeland to venture into the universe, promising to become Universe Level experts together someday and return home in glory.

But one day, they encountered Star Pirates. Their spaceship was destroyed, and they were captured and enslaved.

They were sent to this planet where the sun never shone, living in hell every day.

Not only did they have to guard against sneak attacks and assassination by other slaves, but they also had to guard against this planet's harsh environment.

The slightest carelessness could cost them their lives.

"We promised we'd go back together. We promised."

Tears covered his face, and despair filled his heart.

Both his brothers were dead. With only him left, how long could he survive?

Similar scenes played out constantly on Iron Thorn Planet. Vast numbers of slaves killed one another, while even more of the weaker slaves died to the natural environment.

Their every move was recorded by probes and transmitted to the central palace on Iron Thorn Planet.

Planet Lord Bagoer sat on a throne with a sultry woman in his arms and two more women prostrate at his feet.

Holding a glass of red wine, he swirled it gently and watched the many surveillance feeds before him with interest.

Watching those slaves slaughter one another to survive, watching them sliced into bloody mist by hurricanes, burned to ashes by magma, and wailing in agony gave Bagoer immense pleasure. The corners of his mouth kept rising.

"Kill, kill. Let me see your potential."

"Trash doesn't deserve to live. Only by showing your worth can you convince the great Bagoer to spare your lives."

Bagoer had no need for weak slaves. Weak slaves were worth nothing.

Only slaves who could tenaciously survive on such a hellish planet and ultimately break through to Stellar Level Seven or higher could fetch a good price. Those were the slaves Bagoer wanted.

"Beep, beep, beep."

Just then, Bagoer's Intelligent Optical Computer sounded an emergency alert.

"Hmm?"

Bagoer's expression changed. He tapped his Intelligent Optical Computer, and a three-dimensional screen appeared, displaying a dark red spaceship flying into the GR Star System.

"An intruder! Did they wander in by accident? Or are they coming for me?"

Bagoer's expression shifted uncertainly before his lips curled into a vicious grin. "Whatever brought them here, since they dared enter my territory, they shouldn't dream of leaving alive!"

"Guards!"

Bagoer roared, and a thousand Star Level slaves swiftly assembled. The ten strongest among them were all Star Level 9.

Bagoer soared into the sky with the thousand slaves and boarded a C9-Class Spaceship.

The spaceship broke through the atmosphere and entered outer space, heading toward the Dragon Abyss.

At the same time, the Dragon Abyss landed on Planet GR-2584.

Chu Yuan stepped out of the spaceship, followed by six Universe Level 8 bodyguards, all dressed in black combat suits and radiating a fierce aura.

"Master, a spaceship has been detected approaching. It's Bagoer. He's discovered us."

Feiluan opened a three-dimensional screen showing a deep blue triangular spaceship rapidly flying toward him.

Chu Yuan's gaze sharpened, a cold glint flashing through his eyes. "I hadn't intended to kill anyone, but he's seeking his own death!"

"How long until Bagoer arrives?"

Chu Yuan asked.

"13 minutes and 29 seconds."

Chu Yuan nodded and gave the order. "Black Blade One, Star Pupil No. 1, you two take care of him!"

"Yes, Master!"

Black Blade One and Star Pupil No. 1 respectfully accepted the order.

Black Blade One alone could easily deal with a mere Universe Level 2 warrior.

To be safe, Chu Yuan sent Star Pupil No. 1 as well.

One Universe Level 8 warrior plus one Universe Level 8 spirit reader-even a hundred Universe Level 2 warriors would be no match for them.

Chu Yuan hid in the distance with the remaining four bodyguards. Before long, the atmosphere overhead was torn open, and a C9-Class Spaceship descended from the sky.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Countless figures shot out of the spaceship, instantly filling the sky-a full thousand people.

Bagoer emerged last. Arrogant and lofty, he looked down upon Black Blade One and Star Pupil No. 1.

"You two have some nerve, daring to enter Bagoer's territory. Are you tired of living?"

"Kneel and surrender immediately, and the great Bagoer may still spare your worthless lives. Otherwise, you'll die here."

After his speech, the air grew somewhat quiet.

Black Blade One scratched his head and said speechlessly, "Is this idiot wrong in the head?"

Star Pupil No. 1 folded both arms across the chest, gaze indifferent. "Indeed. If he'd so much as checked our strength with his Intelligent Optical Computer, he wouldn't have said anything so absurd."

A Universe Level 2 weakling ordering two Universe Level 8 experts to kneel and beg for mercy-it was the biggest joke in the world.

Bagoer heard their exchange, and unease welled up inside him.

He immediately used his Intelligent Optical Computer to check their strength.

"Beep. Universe Level 8 warrior."

"Beep. Universe Level 8 spirit reader."

When Bagoer saw the information displayed on his Intelligent Optical Computer, his mind went blank.

His body trembled, warmth rapidly draining from him. His teeth chattered, and he felt as though his soul were about to fly out of his body.

"Universe Level 8... spirit reader!"

"How is that possible? How could this happen? Why would Universe Level 8 experts come to such a remote star system?!"

Bagoer could hardly believe it. He knew he had kicked an iron plate.

With a thud, Bagoer dropped to his knees before the two, stretching his mouth into a smile uglier than a crying face as he begged, "Well, um... I was just joking earlier, trying to liven things up. Could you two esteemed lords show mercy and spare my life?"

"No!"

As the icy voice fell, a flash of lightning blade light swept across Bagoer's neck. At some point, Black Blade One had already appeared behind him.

Splat!!!

The massive head shot into the sky, and a column of blood gushed from the severed neck, spraying three feet high.

Without the support of genetic origin energy, both the head and the corpse fell from the sky.

"That was quick."

Star Pupil No. 1 curled the lips, then soared skyward atop a telekinetic weapon, arriving among the thousand slaves in an instant.

Bagoer had died so quickly that the thousand Star Level slaves had not even reacted.

By the time they came to their senses, it was already too late to flee. Star Pupil No. 1 had already launched flying knives.
