Upon entering Karazhan, you are greeted by ruins. This is where the central tower of Karazhan was destroyed; almost half of the area is broken. Logically, Karazhan should have collapsed completely in this condition.
It hasn't collapsed; defying the laws of physics, it still stands, without even the slightest tilt, which can only be explained by the power of magic.
This is the Mage Tower, the world of mages. How can you judge it with the eyes of a mortal?
From the outside, the tower already appears very tall, even taller than the tallest building on Earth. But once inside, it becomes clear that the interior space is far larger than it appears from the outside. Aegwynn and Medivh are both masters of spatial magic, utilizing spells such as folding and compressing space, as well as barriers and magic circles, to their fullest potential.
"Host, we can scan and analyze here!" Xiao Feng's voice rang in his mind, and Jiang Jie finally smiled, very happy.
The fact that the game pod couldn't be scanned made Jiang Jie feel like he was blind, and he was worried about his actions after entering Karazhan, fearing that he might encounter something strange and unpredictable.
Now that we're inside, we can actually scan it. It must be because we have the key and have bypassed Karazhan's overall magical defenses, greatly reducing the difficulty of scanning.
" Xiao Feng, keep scanning mode active at all times. I need to know everything within a hundred meters of me. Don't conserve energy, use as much as you want!" Jiang Jie ordered.
Karazhan is so important. Our gains depend on this raid; what's the point of trying to save money?
"This place is all dilapidated, what's there to see?" Med'an was clearly disappointed when he saw the scene.
He looked around, expecting that the great villain " Medivh "'s mage tower to be filled with hideous demons, terrifying guards, insidious traps, and alchemical laboratories filled with various organs, knives, and test tubes. But when he entered, all he saw were collapsed walls and rubble, and some broken furniture. It didn't seem as terrifying as the domed little house in Meryl.
I feel a deep sense of disappointment.
In fact, Jiang Jie had already "seen" quite a few wandering ghosts nearby. However, to Med'an, these ghosts were nothing, and he simply ignored them.

Over there is a broken spiral staircase leading to the exhibition hall, library, storerooms, Observatory, Chess Hall, Medivh's own room, energy station, and finally, the Twisting Nether. Over there is the Master's Terrace; there's a bone dragon there."
"A reception hall and a banquet hall? What's so fun about that? And stables? A mage tower keeps horses? Can they even keep them? Servants' quarters? No fun."
Med'an blinked, finally revealing his curiosity. "The upper levels are much more fun! An exhibition hall? A library? Observatory? That sounds more like a mage tower! What's this chess set? What's this energy station? And the Twisting Nether? A mage tower leads to the Twisting Nether? Isn't that the demons' home? Sure enough, Medivh is a big bad guy, a big bad guy who colluded with the Burning Legion!"
"Don't judge Medivh like that. He's a respectable person. Perhaps anyone in this world has the right to judge, or even curse, Medivh, because he did do many bad things, plunging the world into danger once again. But you alone have no right."
Jiang Jie glanced at Meryl,
Then he shook his head and said, "You've been in the Duskwood for too long, lost contact with the outside world, and there are some things you simply don't know. But, Master Meryl, you should know what kind of person Medivh is." " Medivh? Hmph, he's an irresponsible villain!" Meryl said coldly.
Med'an shouted, " Nicholas, look! Even Meryl says Medivh is a villain! Why are you speaking up for Medivh? Do you know Medivh? You're not his accomplice, are you?"
As he spoke, Med'an took a few steps back, looking wary.
Jiang Jie was speechless for a moment, then shook his head and said, " Med'an, didn't you understand what Master Meryl meant? The 'bad guy' he was talking about isn't the same as the 'bad guy' you're talking about. Forget it, let's not talk about this anymore. Where do you want to go? There are Void rifts everywhere here, and spacetime intersections everywhere. Anything can happen, so we have to be careful."
"I want to go to the upper tower! I want to go to the library!" Med'an shouted. " Meryl doesn't even have many magic books! I seriously doubt whether the knowledge and spells he taught me are even correct! Also, he doesn't tell me a lot of things, he always complains that I ask too many questions, and he won't buy me books. I want to read books myself!"
Meryl glared at him, but clearly still concerned about Med'an, and said, "We're going to the upper tower. Nicholas, what about you?"

The Curator of the exhibition hall is a mechanical construct personally sculpted and awakened by Medivh, so it's probably nothing to Master Meryl. Further up in the library, there are probably some terrifying creatures, like demons and Satyr. You might even encounter someone unexpected. I won't accompany you; I'll go explore the lower tower first. That's where I find what I'm looking for."
Med'an shouted, " Nicholas, aren't you coming with us? This is Medivh's mage tower! There are terrifying man-eating monsters there! Aren't you afraid?"
"The lower levels of the tower shouldn't be too scary. I'll just be careful. Don't walk too fast; I'll be back soon to meet you," Jiang Jie said with a smile. "Have a good time."
Meryl gave Jiang Jie a deep look, understanding that Jiang Jie must have his own plans, so she nodded and said, "You have that key, so some things here will treat you as a guest. We'll wait for you in the library; Med'an does need some spellbooks."
Jiang Jie smiled, turned around, and walked towards the opera house.
