"What? You're saying Hydra saved you? Hydra still exists?" Steve suddenly exclaimed incredulously.
These words immediately came to everyone's attention.
"Look, this is the rat I was talking about," Kingpin laughed.
Nick walked over to Bucky and the other man, and asked, "You were just talking about Hydra?"
Bucky nodded; he didn't know who Nick was, but he looked familiar.
"This is Nick, the director of S.H.I.E.L.D.."
Upon hearing this, Bucky scoffed, " S.H.I.E.L.D..? It should be called Serpent S.H.I.E.L.D.."
"What's the meaning?"
" Hydra was not destroyed. Although Steve defeated Red Skull, Hydra still has many branches around the world."
"The situation at the time no longer allowed Hydra to continue operating openly, so they all went into Concealment, changing their identities and infiltrating various factions."

"What for? When Project Insight is activated, three Helicarrier will hover in the sky. Using the Zola Algorithm, they can instantly calculate how many people in a city are their enemies, or potentially become their enemies in the future."
"The purpose of Project Insight is to eliminate all potential enemies."
"Three Helicarrier can lock onto hundreds of thousands of people within three minutes and then instantly kill them."
"Faker!"
"Water Special!"
Nick and Steve cursed at the same time.
What frustrated Nick the most was that he had signed off on the Project Insight and was still working to push it forward.
In his plan, the deterrent power of the three Helicarrier would be enough to give S.H.I.E.L.D.. sufficient influence, allowing him to completely break free from the constraints of those idiotic politicians.

Tony froze for a moment. "What... what did you say?"
"That's right, just like you thought. Your parents didn't die in a car accident; I killed them."
After recovering, Bucky deeply regretted his actions; regardless of whether it was voluntary or not, the Howard died at his hands.
He can still remember the expressions on Howard and his wife's faces before they died.
This is his sin.
"You bastard, I'm going to kill you!" Tony roared, throwing an Ice Storm at Bucky.
