"Yes!" Draco spread his hands. "Aside from the Pensieve, there's no direct power to inherit."

Perhaps only by truly understanding the principle of not abusing Ancient Magic can one inherit its true legacy.

"I think you've grasped it now, Draco," Professor Babbling said thoughtfully. Being able to see through the essence of the trial is itself a form of growth.

"Tell me quickly, what did you see in your memories of the Pensieve? Are there any secrets about the origins of Ancient Magic?" Hermione's curiosity was bursting.

Professor Babbling also put down her book and listened.

Draco then recounted what he had seen about Morgana's astonishing creative abilities and her inner struggles.

After listening, Hermione fell into deep thought, "I see... Morgana's story is a warning."

"What a heartbreaking story," Professor Babbling remarked, deeply moved. " Morgana possessed godlike power, yet she couldn't heal her inner wounds."

"This also explains why Ancient Magic has been hidden from the world; the cost is simply too high."

"Alright," Draco interrupted their thoughts, "We should head back to the Map Chamber and prepare to begin the second trial."

"No!" the two women refused in unison.

"We still have a few rare books to read! This place is a treasure trove; it would be a shame to leave now!"

They unanimously declared that they wanted to plunder even more books, wishing they could empty the entire library.

Seeing Hermione's strained appearance, Draco guessed that the otter bag must be stuffed very heavy, probably exceeding the weight of an ordinary person.

So Draco stepped forward, hefted Hermione's bulging otter bag in one hand, and teased:

" Miss Granger, is this room the size of the entire Gringotts? I'm afraid your little frame will collapse under its weight!"

Hermione gasped for breath, stubbornly retorting, "These are priceless treasures! Every page might hold the key to unlocking Ancient Magic mysteries! I can endure any weight..."

Draco rolled his eyes, shook his head helplessly, and raised his wand towards her bag. "I just can't do anything with you. Don't move, I'm going to upgrade your ' Feather-Light Charm '."

As the tip of his wand traced a complex trajectory, a soft golden light enveloped the otter bag.

Hermione immediately felt a lightness on her shoulder.

The heavy otter bag once again felt as light as a feather, but when she reached out to lift it, she could still feel the physical presence of the books; only the gravity had been cleverly neutralized by magic.

"That way, you can move the tower without any problem."

Draco put away his wand, turned, and walked towards the door. "I'll go back to the Map Chamber to get a feel for the arrangements. You guys take your time choosing, just don't demolish the tower."

"Okay, okay! Go ahead, we'll be done soon!"

Hermione felt like she'd been granted a pardon, Professor Babbling also leaned towards the ancient texts, since the Ancient Magic heritage trials were only for people with specific constitutions, and had nothing to do with them, the two "bystanders."

Since that's the case,

Why not take this opportunity to delve into the ancient texts left behind by the Keepers of Ancient Magic in this ancient tower? This is a once-in-a-lifetime academic opportunity!

Draco left Hermione a spare broom, then used Apparition back to the path near Hogwarts.

Draco strode into the castle, passing through the familiar corridors of Hogwarts. Without pausing, he went straight to a secluded corner near the Room of Requirement and skillfully activated the mechanism.

The wall slid open silently, revealing a downward spiral staircase.

He went down the stairs and entered the Map Chamber again.

The scene Chamber of Secrets was different from when he left.

Besides Professor Rackham's familiar figure, another Guardian professor appeared in the mirror.

Professor Richard Rookwood,

At the same time, the stone slabs on the floor of the Chamber of Secrets automatically flipped over, revealing a glowing map that clearly marked the location of the second trial: Rookwood Castle.

Professor Rookwood, looking at Draco in the mirror, said, "The fact that my projection is working means you have successfully passed the first trial and gained Rackham's approval."

"Yes, Professor. The first trial is complete."

Professor Rackham's image showed a hint of surprise at Draco's rapid completion of the game.

His surprise quickly turned into a relieved smile.

"I didn't expect you to clear the level so quickly, much faster than I anticipated. This shows that your talent and character are worthy of the inheritance of Ancient Magic."

"Professor, there's one more thing." Draco didn't hide anything and immediately told the two important pieces of information.

"Your descendant Victor Rookwood, has joined forces with Ranrok, the leader of the Goblin rebels, and the two are now coveting the inheritance of Ancient Magic."

"What?!" Professor Rookwood's face changed drastically upon hearing the news. "The thing I feared most has finally happened! The family's honor has been completely tarnished; this is a blatant betrayal of the Guardian's oath!"

His words revealed his deep sorrow.

"Calm down, Richard," Professor Rackham tried to soothe his old friend's agitated emotions. "The most important thing right now is to guide this young trial seeker through the trial."

"Professor, they don't have the physique to be compatible with Ancient Magic. Even if they know the location and the secret, wouldn't they still be unable to access the legacy?" Draco asked the question that had been on his mind.

"You're too naive, child." Rookwood shook his head. " Victor certainly doesn't have that kind of constitution."

"He couldn't gently guide Ancient Magic, but the dark wizards and rebellious Goblin were all madmen; they would only use violence, Dark Magic, and the Goblin ' brutal technology to forcibly dismantle and pry things apart."

"The consequences of forcibly breaking the seal would be unimaginable: the Ancient Magic would instantly go berserk, energy would leak out uncontrollably, causing space to tear apart and triggering a large-scale, devastating explosion."

"That wouldn't just be a matter of 'being robbed,' it would mean blowing up half of Britain! Countless lives would be lost!"

At this point, Rookwood's eyes were filled with utter shame. "I am extremely disappointed in my family."

"Our Rookwood family was once revered guardians, but now we have produced such a degenerate plunderer of the dark wizarding lineage—it is an utter disgrace!"

"Now is not the time to dwell on the past, Richard." Rackham's voice pulled him back to reality.

"Yes," Rookwood instructed Draco, "You must proceed to Rookwood Castle as soon as possible and complete the second trial."

He looked at Draco, his tone urgent. "Time is running out. Victor and Ranrok have already taken action. Please, find and complete the trial as soon as possible!"

"Without further ado, I'll head to the trial site immediately."

After saying that, Draco left the Map Chamber.
