She gripped his wrist tightly, stopping him from making any further moves, her face as red as a Christmas tree ornament.
A wave of shame overwhelmed her.
"I... I don't want to discuss this kind of thing with you!" she threatened incoherently. "If you... if you keep talking nonsense... I'll... I won't talk to you! I won't talk to you all day!"
The more flustered and shy she "threatened" him, the more adorable Draco found her. However, he made no further move, simply letting Hermione hold his wrist.
"I was just naturally concerned about the food supply for our future children, why is Miss Granger reacting so strongly? Could it be... that you brought it up first?" Draco asked innocently.
Hermione was speechless at his words, only realizing later that she was indeed the one who started it all.
She was filled with shame and indignation, yet powerless to do anything about it. All she could do was blush and pinch his wrist. "You... you scoundrel! You shameless rogue! You just know how to bully me..."
Draco finally couldn't hold back and burst into a satisfied laugh.
He then released her, no longer restraining Hermione, and gently patted her back, indicating that she could get up.
"Alright, alright, I won't tease you anymore, my little rascal." He laughed, "If you keep teasing me, this little kitten will really get angry, and then I might really not get any food today."
Hermione then climbed off his lap, shuffling to the edge of the bed. With her back to Draco, she quickly tidied her slightly disheveled pajamas and hair, trying to calm her racing heart and flushed face.
Draco also stood up, stretching his slender body, his bones making a slight cracking sound.
He came up behind Hermione and gently wrapped his arms around her from behind.
"I'll get up and cook for you. To feed the naughty little witch, and also... to practice how to feed a picky Young Malfoy, or little Granger?"
Hermione froze, her cheeks, which had just cooled down, flushed red again. She nudged him lightly with her elbow. "Stop nagging! Hurry up and cook!"
Draco chuckled as he released her, quickly kissing her flushed cheek before getting out of bed, humming an unknown tune, to prepare breakfast for his shy little wife.
Hermione covered her burning cheeks, listening to his light footsteps and humming, and couldn't help but smile with a happy curve to her lips.
After releasing the little witch who had curled up in a ball out of shyness, Draco got out of bed in high spirits.
A thought crossed my mind.
A soft light flashed by.
The small round table was already filled with fragrant food, but the most eye-catching thing was the orange-red fruit pulp cut into neat small pieces in two small white porcelain bowls in the center of the table.
Hermione also sat up and tidied her curly hair.
Her gaze was drawn to the bowl of fruit she had never seen before.
"What kind of fruit is this?" Hermione tilted her head curiously, pointing to the bowl of orange-red fruit. "The color is so beautiful, and it smells so unique."
"Papaya," Draco introduced, but his next sentence shattered the tranquility instantly, "A fruit... supposedly helps promote... well, in some way, female development."
As he spoke, his gaze traveled very directly from her curious little face down to her chest, where it lingered on her thin nightgown.
It seemed to be implying something.
Hermione's mind went blank for a moment, her rationality snapped, and then, shyness erupted like a volcano!
Her cheeks, ears, and neck quickly flushed a vibrant, luscious red.
"You—!" Hermione instinctively crossed her arms, tightly protecting her chest, as if that would block his "malicious" gaze.
" Draco Malfoy! You—where are you looking! Don't look! Turn your eyes away! Right now! Immediately!"
Seeing her extremely embarrassed appearance, Draco couldn't help but laugh out loud. Instead of "turning away," he pushed the bowl of papaya towards Hermione's hand again.
"What are you so nervous about?" Draco's laughter betrayed him, but he still deliberately spoke in an innocent tone.
"Isn't this... actively responding to your call and preparing in advance for our future family planning?"
"You said it yourself, that you want to 'feed your future children'."
Hermione was speechless at this twisted logic.
She could only hug her arms tightly, burying her face low, like a snail trying to hide in its shell.
"You... you did this on purpose... you big scoundrel... who, who would eat this kind of thing for... I won't eat it... I'd rather die than eat it..."
Seeing her blushing and adorable appearance, Draco's mischievous thoughts only intensified.
He decided to continue "bullying" Hermione to the end.
He scooped up a piece of translucent papaya flesh from the bowl in front of Hermione and brought it to Hermione lips.
"Sweetie, open your mouth," Draco coaxed gently. "Try it, it's sweet. For the sake of our future children, Miss Granger needs to eat well and get enough nutrition so that... well, they can grow up healthy, right?"
His words, his actions, and even that spoonful of "ill-intentioned" papaya made Hermione extremely embarrassed.
Every cell in her body was resisting.
Draco waited patiently for a few seconds, and seeing that she still stubbornly refused to give in, he said in a threatening tone:
" Hermione, if you don't open your mouth and eat it obediently... I can't guarantee I won't use a more... 'intimate' way to 'feed' you myself. Like... with my mouth?"
Hermione froze, feeling her face heat rise another notch.
Feeding him with his mouth?!
This pervert! This rogue! This shameless scoundrel!
In a state of extreme shame, anger, and panic, Hermione finally opened a barely visible crack with great reluctance.
With a flick of his wrist, Draco gently slid the sweet papaya flesh into her mouth.
The flesh melts in your mouth, and the taste is actually quite good.
But Hermione was in no mood to savor the taste at that moment.
She felt as if the piece of fruit was a piece of red-hot charcoal, burning her tongue and sending the heat down her esophagus to her stomach, before spreading to every inch of her skin!
Even her lips, which had been touched by his spoon, felt numb.
"... You jerk... Malfoy... you big bad guy..." Hermione muttered in a harmless tone.
Seeing her adorable, coy expression, Draco's smile deepened, and he contentedly put the spoon away.
After finishing that subtly delicious breakfast, Draco quietly cleared away the dishes and trash.
Hermione's blush hadn't completely faded, but her eyes had returned to their usual clear and bright state.
She stood up from her chair, walked to a more open area in the center of the room, turned around, and faced Draco.
