The next morning, the ocean liner was sailing smoothly on the azure sea. Draco and Diana arrived at Diana's room and knocked on the door. After a while, the door was opened.

"Coming!" The door opened in response.

Upon seeing Draco, Diana paused, a complex emotion flashing in her eyes. She vaguely remembered that this man had saved her last night, and he seemed to have mentioned knowing " Collard "? But the specific details had become blurred under the influence of alcohol.

But when her gaze fell on Hermione, although she didn't recognize her, her heart inexplicably tightened. She awkwardly stepped aside to let the two into the room. "Please come in, make yourselves at home."

The three sat down in turn. Without any unnecessary pleasantries, Hermione went straight to the point. "Are you clear-headed now? Have you thought things through? What are you planning to do from now on?"

"I... I don't know what to do either." Diana shook her head, her eyes dimming, her voice filled with confusion.

She spoke softly and slowly, " David wasn't like this before. He used to be hardworking and kind to me. Life wasn't rich, but it was stable and peaceful. Then a big tragedy happened in our family, and I had no choice but to try my luck at the casino. Who knew..."

As she spoke, tears welled up in her eyes. "I shouldn't have been soft-hearted in the first place, I shouldn't have accompanied him to this cruise ship to try his luck, I shouldn't have let him gamble more and more recklessly, sinking deeper and deeper..."

"Now that we've fallen to this point, I really don't know where the road ahead lies, let alone whether we can ever turn back."

No sooner had the words left his mouth than the sound of heavy, steady leather shoes pounding the floor came from outside the corridor. Before anyone could respond, the door was pushed open.

A middle-aged man in a well-pressed suit entered. He was composed and calm. His gaze swept across the room immediately, landing on Draco.

He was slightly taken aback, but then realized that he had seen this young master at the banquet. At that time, there were many powerful and influential people present, and he was not of a high enough status to have any chance to go up and chat with him. He could only watch from afar. Now that he had met him, he naturally dared not be negligent.

"Oh my, I really didn't expect to meet Young Master Malfoy here. It's a pleasure to meet you!" The man quickly put on a smile, stepped forward, and spoke in a warm but tactful tone.

His gaze then swept quickly over Draco and Hermione sitting beside him, before finally settling on Diana, who stood pale-faced to the side, as if he had just realized something.

"So... she's the woman that Young Master Malfoy has taken a fancy to."

With those words, Diana was relegated to the role of being dependent on Draco, and the room fell into a deathly silence in an instant.

Hermione's eyes turned slightly cold, and Diana's body stiffened.

" Young Master Malfoy need not worry about her husband, David." But the man smiled slightly, seemingly unaware of the undercurrent, and said, "I've had David dealt with; he will never bother Miss Diana again."

"Send him away? What did you do to him?" Diana looked at the man in disbelief, her lips trembling as she asked.

"It's nothing, Miss Diana, don't worry. Mr. David is very understanding; he just left on his own." The man waved his hand.

The atmosphere suddenly became eerie.

The stranger, with a hint of self-satisfaction, announced that he had dealt with Diana's biggest problem.

"You too..." Draco coughed twice.

"You've taken a fancy to Diana?"

An undercurrent of tension instantly surged within the room. Diana trembled violently, her face turning deathly pale. Hermione, upon hearing this, felt a surge of discomfort and glared fiercely at Draco.

" Young Master Malfoy is joking," the man waved his hands repeatedly, "How could I dare to have such thoughts? I merely happened to witness this and offered Miss Diana a helping hand to extricate her from her suffering. There was absolutely no other intention."

Hearing the man's hypocritical excuse, Hermione's discomfort intensified, and she looked at him with disdain.

"How did you get rid of him?" Draco asked.

"There are no complicated methods, and it doesn't involve making things difficult for anyone. It's just about sitting down with him, having a friendly chat, and explaining all the pros and cons to him thoroughly. Adults understand this; once the benefits are clear, they'll naturally understand and let go."

As he spoke, the man calmly took out a neatly folded piece of paper from the inside pocket of his suit, unfolded it elegantly, and then handed it to Draco —it was a document.

A divorce agreement.

Below is David's signature and fingerprint.

Draco took the paper, a hint of barely perceptible smugness on his face. "I've arranged for her to be sent away. He's also signed the papers. From now on, Miss Diana and Mr. David will have no further connection whatsoever, and there will be no future trouble."

After glancing at the divorce papers, Draco handed them to Diana, who was standing there dumbfounded.

As Diana received the agreement, her gaze was fixed on the familiar yet unfamiliar signature, and tears immediately fell onto the paper.

"You made a deal with David?"

" Young Master Malfoy, I simply spent money to completely resolve the problem. Now everyone's happy, aren't we?"

Draco nodded, a smile playing on his lips, but he didn't seem to care. He said, "I'll give you the money!"

"Oh, it's just a little money, nothing to worry about!" the man said, not daring to accept Draco's money.

Having anticipated this, Draco said nothing more, simply pulling a business card from his inside suit pocket.

Upon seeing the gold-embossed card, the man's eyes lit up instantly, and his heart surged with joy. He quickly bowed and respectfully accepted the card with both hands, carefully placing it into the inside pocket of his suit jacket, as if afraid of damaging it. After putting it away, he said respectfully, "Thank you for your kind offer!"

Draco nodded slightly, refusing to continue the conversation. The man was also sensible; he had already exceeded his expectations and it wasn't appropriate for him to stay any longer.

"Then I won't disturb you any longer, young master and ladies. I wish you all a pleasant and successful cruise."

After saying that, he left the room with brisk steps, considerately closing the door gently behind him. Once outside, he was overjoyed, took out the business card and examined it carefully. He should thank Mr. and Mrs. David!

The room fell silent, save for Diana clutching the divorce papers, sobbing softly and quietly...

Seeing Diana's distraught state, Hermione felt a pang of sympathy. She got up, went to her side, handed her a tissue, and said gently, "Don't overthink it."

"I'll go talk to the captain and arrange for Miss Diana to be taken back to shore," Draco, offering no words of comfort.

Hermione nodded. Draco was very efficient; soon he returned to the room and informed her that everything was arranged. The cruise ship would make a brief stop, and a small boat was ready to take Diana back to Britain at any time.
