"Wow..." The young master was surprised. Although he didn't understand shuffling and cutting cards, he could tell that this technique was not something an ordinary person could do.

The noblewoman stared intently at Draco's hands, trying to glean some clue from the shifting cards, but only felt a wave of dizziness.

Several of my female companions were also incredibly shocked...

Only the old gentleman, after Draco began shuffling the cards, gradually lost his gentle smile and became more serious than ever before, staring intently at Draco's hands.

Having immersed himself in gambling for many years, the old gentleman naturally understood the importance of shuffling techniques. A skillful shuffling can not only disrupt the order of the cards, but also interfere with the opponent's card counting and judgment.

Draco's technique, seemingly casual, was actually meticulously planned with each move, completely disrupting the card order and obscuring the cards' trajectory to the greatest extent possible.

This cannot be explained by mere luck; it requires years of arduous practice and absolute control over the cards! What alarmed the old gentleman even more was that he had a nagging feeling that Draco's method was not merely for "shuffling" the cards...

After shuffling the cards, Draco flicked his wrist, neatly gathering the entire deck in his palm before placing it in the center of the table.

"Please." Draco gestured with his hand.

Everyone was still reeling from the dazzling shuffling technique until Draco reminded them, bringing them back to their senses.

With only two players remaining, the card draw began with Draco.

Draco casually drew two cards from the top of the deck, placed them in front of him without even looking at them, and then gestured to the old gentleman.

The two began drawing cards again. Draco randomly picked one from the deck, flipping it over without even looking at it.

A 10 is drawn, then another card is drawn, and it turns out to be a 9. The sum of the two cards is exactly 9!

"It's 9 again!" the young master exclaimed incredulously. "This is insane! To draw 9 is inhuman!"

The wealthy woman beside him exclaimed in astonishment, "That's incredible! Such control is something no ordinary gambler could achieve."

The young master's female companion looked at Ginger, whose eyes were shining brightly, filled with envy. Why wasn't she standing behind that man? If it were her, how glamorous would she be right now?

The old gentleman's lady became nervous again. Nine points again! How could they possibly win? Was the necklace really going to...?

After a moment of silence, the old gentleman slowly turned over the cards he had drawn: a Jack and a 9, another tie.

The entire private room fell into a deathly silence.

In three consecutive rounds, both players drew 9 points?

The probability is ridiculously low!

Suddenly the old gentleman chuckled softly and looked at Draco, saying:

"Two consecutive draws are something I didn't expect. I'm starting to regret it now; I shouldn't have impulsively used Heart of the Ocean as my bet in this game."

"Now that the game has begun and the chips have been placed, it's too late to regret it," Draco said with a smile.

"Yes, there's no turning back once the arrow is released." The old gentleman's laughter subsided. "If you can get 9 points in the third round... then this ' Star of the Ocean ' is yours for the taking!"

"Then you can hand it over to me now, because the ending was predetermined from the very beginning," Draco said arrogantly.

"Young man, don't speak so confidently." The old gentleman sensed Draco's confidence, but he was no pushover either.

"We'll only know the outcome after the cards are drawn."

Having said that, the old gentleman no longer held back, grabbing the playing cards on the gambling table and demonstrating his secret shuffling technique.

His fingers moved with powerful strength, holding the cards in both hands and performing a complex, haphazard shuffle. The cards flew across the deck so rapidly that the order was impossible to discern. This was followed by the extremely difficult pigeon-tail shuffle, his hands moving in perfect coordination. Coupled with precise table-cutting and card return, his movements were perfectly controlled.

His skill was in no way inferior to Draco's.

The audience was mesmerized, finding the old gentleman's shuffling technique to be nothing short of art, leaving them in awe.

"Isn't drawing cards all about luck? Why shuffle the cards so elaborately? Does it determine what cards you'll draw?" The young master's female companion asked, completely bewildered.

The young master, engrossed in watching, slapped her pert bottom in annoyance upon hearing this. "I told you to study more! All you do is pester me! Shuffling and cutting the cards is important, of course! You think it's just pure luck? Shuffling is to disrupt the order of the cards, making it impossible for your opponents to remember the cards from previous rounds!"

"Cutting the deck is to position the cards to your advantage or to disrupt your opponent's judgment! Got it?"

"Ah!" The young master's female companion cried out softly as she was slapped, pouting and saying aggrievedly, "You were the one who said that I was only responsible for being beautiful, and you were responsible for dominating the scene outside..."

"Yes," the young master laughed, "You take care of being beautiful, and I'll take care of... uh, watching others dominate the battlefield."

"I wonder if this gentleman, with his amazing skills, will be able to draw nine again?" his female companion asked curiously.

"It definitely can!" Ginger said with absolute certainty.

The old gentleman finally finished shuffling the cards. He gently slammed the cards onto the table, making a soft "tap" sound, and then pushed the carefully arranged deck to the center of the gambling table.

"Please." The old gentleman gestured.

After shuffling the cards using his unique method, he was confident that the card order had been arranged according to his wishes.

While he wouldn't claim absolute control, he could at least roughly pinpoint the general area of certain key cards. For his opponent to draw another 9 points would be an impossible task! Unless, of course, he possessed incredible luck or abilities beyond his comprehension.

However, Draco gently shook his head, thinking to himself: No matter how skilled you are at shuffling the cards, no matter how thoroughly you disrupt the order, it's useless. With my X-Ray Vision, I can see the position of every single card clearly.

Seeing that Draco remained motionless, the old gentleman said, "Young friend, there's no need to hesitate. I'm waiting to see how you end up."

Upon hearing this, Draco snapped out of his reverie, extended his finger, and picked up a card from the lower middle part of the deck.

With a flick of his wrist, he slammed the cards onto the table.

The card is face up – a King of Hearts.

K, zero point.

"Zero!" the young master shouted. His first card was zero, and he wanted to make a total of 9, so his second card had to be a 9!

The probability of drawing a 9 from 52 cards is very small, especially after the old gentleman's masterful shuffling...

The atmosphere became even more tense.

Draco, however, remained calm, his fingers reaching into the deck again to draw a second card, without immediately turning it over.

Instead, he slowly dragged the cards to the edge of the gambling table, raised his arm, and held the cards high in the air. The next second, he used his wrist to forcefully slam the cards on the gambling table—smack!

A crisp sound,

The cards were face up and perfectly clear under the light.

That's a nine of spades!

9 o'clock!

Despite the opponent's unfavorable shuffling, Draco still managed to draw the only card needed for his 9-point combo: the 9 of Spades!

"It worked! It really worked!" Ginger cheered, then hugged Draco again with her broad arms.

Draco felt as if he had returned to infancy...

There's a sense of pressure, but it's also undeniably comfortable and soft...
