"Haven't you noticed that we're getting further and further away from the people in the lifeboats? That's because this cruise ship is slowly rising to the surface," Draco pointed to the sea.

These words awakened everyone. The crew and tourists suppressed their fear and looked down at the sea, carefully comparing the positions and heights of the cruise ship and the lifeboats.

Upon closer inspection, everyone realized that the ship, which had been sinking continuously, had indeed stopped its descent.

Not only did it stop sinking, but it was also rising little by little. Just now, everyone was immersed in despair and fear of death, and no one noticed the strange changes in the ship.

Once they understood, the crowd erupted in discussion, whispering and speculating about the cause of the incident.

"He... he's right!"

"It's true! The ship seems... to have really stopped sinking!"

Even the crew members looked at each other in bewilderment, none of them able to understand why the sunken ship would rise against the current.

What happened?

"Could it be that the captain and his crew fixed it down there?"

"How is this possible..."

No sooner had he finished speaking than a middle-aged woman in the crowd, a survivor of the ordeal, suddenly collapsed to her knees on the deck, her hands clasped together, tears streaming down her face. "Thank God!"

This act of kneeling stirred the emotions of others, and a feeling of gratitude spread rapidly. Many people on the deck followed suit and bowed in prayer.

Several couples who had survived the ordeal embraced each other tightly, weeping bitterly. The women and children on the lifeboats also hugged each other, tears streaming down their faces. Their cries were no longer filled with despair, but rather with the relief of escaping death.

The crew members, who had been so indifferent just moments before, were now excitedly embracing their companions, grateful for this inexplicable chance of life.

Amidst the chaos and noise on the deck, Draco remained calm as he shouted, "Stop celebrating, get them aboard!"

After saying that, he led Hermione and Trillian away quietly from the back of the crowd, avoiding the noisy throng, and walked straight back to the luxurious presidential suite.

"Yes, yes, yes!" The crew members quickly got to work.

As soon as the door closed, Trillian completely relaxed. She was utterly shocked, her eyes sparkling with admiration as she looked at Draco and Hermione, her mouth chattering incessantly:

"My God, this is a miracle! I thought the wizards in traditional stories were just fiction, but they're real! And right in front of me!" Trillian exclaimed excitedly.

Hearing this, Hermione gave a helpless smile, realizing that this woman felt the same way she did when she received her magical acceptance letter; she wouldn't have believed it if Professor McGonagall hadn't shown it to her.

"Miss Trillian, do you know why I brought you here?" Draco asked her calmly.

"What are you doing?" Trillian was taken aback.

"You know," Draco said, a slight smile playing on his lips, "That smart people who know too much often don't live long."

The air suddenly froze, and Trillian's heart tightened instantly as she understood the murderous intent hidden in his words.

Although she was a fearless thief at heart, she still felt fear when facing death.

She never wanted to die.

I don't want to lose my life for no reason.

Looking into Draco's emotionless eyes, Trillian pleaded in a tearful voice, "Don't kill me! I'll do anything! I'll be your slave! I'll keep my mouth shut!"

"I believe you." Draco nodded, but his next words sent a chill down Trillian's spine. He said:

"This world is not simple. In the Muggle World, there is something called 'Great Memory Restoration,' and in the Wizarding World, there are similar interrogators. The villains are too vicious. Even I, if I were in there, I'm not sure if I could keep my mouth shut."

Upon hearing that there was still a chance to survive, Trillian quickly declared, "I absolutely can do it! Really! Even if I'm caught, I'll bite my tongue and kill myself so they won't succeed!"

"Stop teasing her, it's not that serious," Hermione couldn't stand it anymore and said. " The Wizarding World and the Muggle World are connected. If there's a problem, the Ministry of Magic will intervene and resolve it. You won't end up in that situation."

Trillian's eyes lit up with hope, and she asked cautiously, "So, does that mean I don't have to die?"

"Of course not." Draco shrugged. Trillian's eyes lit up, and he added, "Because we have other ways..."

"No way..." Trillian's joy vanished instantly, and she started wailing again, "No—"

"Alright, stop howling. We won't do anything to you, we'll just make you lose your memory of this period."

"Memories?!" Trillian was struck dumb, her fake sobs abruptly ceasing. "All these things I finally learned... if I lose them... I might as well be dead!"

"Alright, I'll grant your wish."

Draco made a move to raise his wand.

"No! No!" Trillian was terrified and immediately changed her words, saying, "Even if I told everyone about these things, no one in the world would believe such a bizarre story."

"Besides, didn't you say that if this gets out, it will attract deep-sea fishing? I'll be the one who gets myself killed then, so how could I possibly seek death by spreading such nonsense?"

"That's right." Draco thought for a moment.

Seeing this, Trillian quickly pressed her advantage. "Then let all these ordinary people in the world remain in the dark for their entire lives!"

"That's just how it is." Draco then raised a new question, "You know too much; I'm afraid you'll go down a path of no return."

"Why?" Trillian asked, puzzled.

"The more lucid a person is, the more tormented they become; the more they desire something, the more unscrupulous they will be," Draco explained. "At that point, you might sell yourself or even risk your life to peek into magic."

Trillian lowered her head and pondered for a few seconds before speaking truthfully:

"You're right, that's certainly possible."

"That's right," Draco said calmly. "So we must nip all potential risks in the bud."

"Then why don't you keep me here and let me join you! I'll do any kind of chores, whether it's serving tea and water, washing clothes and cooking, or cleaning up after people, just please don't erase my memory!" Trillian immediately tried to play the victim.

"Do you think we need someone like you to do odd jobs?" Draco looked down at her.

"Please, don't erase my memory, I really will obey!" Trillian looked pitiful.

"Don't give me that." Draco remained unmoved.

Seeing that Draco wouldn't listen to her, Trillian immediately changed direction, turning to Hermione with a fawning expression.
