Draco said with certainty, "Yes, like an animal. If you invest emotion in it, it becomes a bit more human-like."
Upon hearing this, Hermione's heart skipped a beat. She thought of the wand and became more convinced; wasn't it the one she had chosen as its master?
Trillian felt her worldview had been reshaped. "After meeting the young master, this world has become increasingly mysterious."
"So I'd better just stick to being a human. Being a soul forever isn't good enough, I don't qualify to become an immortal, and I can't transform into energy and return to the universe—that would mean I'd have nothing at all."
Selene then steered the conversation back on track. "Weren't we talking about accumulating good karma? How did we get onto the topic of reincarnation and death?"
"Who says it's not about accumulating good karma?" Draco chuckled. "If you don't accumulate good karma, you won't be born into a good family. If you're not born into a good family, you'll only suffer, and if you suffer, you'll suffer endlessly."
"You're back again." Trillian was incredibly surprised.
Draco's lips curled into a smile, "Basic stuff, don't be silly."
Trillian was taken aback. "What does this mean?"
Draco explained:
"Basic operation, please do not press '6'."
Trillian was even more confused. "Press 6?"
Draco continued to explain to her, "It's a homophone. Like saying 'playing it smoothly,' it means someone is very good at it."
Trillian suddenly realized. "I understand. Let's continue with the topic of accumulating good deeds. I want to experience the feeling of knowledge processing in my mind."
Draco chuckled, then smoothly completed the logical explanation for changing one's fate. "Accumulating good deeds is only one important part of changing one's destiny."
"Feng shui can only help compensate for deficiencies in one's innate destiny. If one's innate destiny is weak, even if one can adjust their fortune through feng shui, if the feng shui blessing is still insufficient to reverse the decline, then one must rely on the other two things to make up for it."
"I understand." Trillian seemed to have grasped the meaning again.
"When fate and feng shui are unreliable, accumulating good deeds and studying are the last resort to compensate for one's fate."
Draco affirmed, "That's right."
Hermione asked, "What does 'accumulating good deeds' mean?"
Draco explained, "It's about accumulating good deeds."
Hermione pressed on, "Then what exactly is 'virtue'?"
Draco thought for a moment and offered a rather vague definition, "Perhaps it can be defined as, to act virtuously in the world."
Hermione pressed for details. "Then what's 'De'?"
Draco smiled helplessly, "I don't know. But if you want me to give a random explanation, I can say a few words."
Trillian urged, "It's starting again, let's hurry up."
Draco took a piece of paper, picked up a pen, and wrote a large "Draco" on it. Kraven and Selene, being vampires, had excellent eyesight and could see it without getting up.
Trillian stared at the unfamiliar characters on the paper and asked:
What font is this?
Draco retorted, "You've never been to China?"
Trillian shook her head. "No. I heard there are a lot of restrictions over there, they fence off all sorts of places to sell for money, they're even more ruthless than me."
"You know that?"
"Everyone who's been there talks about it," Trillian said. "In North America, it's rare to fence off a natural scenic area and charge admission. But then again, can simply charging admission really reduce littering?"
"No," Draco said calmly. "People who want to litter will still litter, whether they're paid or not."
"It's a people problem," Hermione said.
Draco nodded. "Yes."
"Can this problem be solved?" Trillian asked.
"I think it's impossible."
"What's the point of charging admission fees for scenic spots then?"
"It's so they can afford to hire people to dispose of this garbage."
"No problem," Kraven said.
Kraven nodded in deep agreement:
Trillian suddenly asked, "Are all officials corrupt?"
"Not necessarily," Draco disagreed.
Trillian fell into deep thought.
Draco used a more direct example, one that was relevant to Trillian's own experience. "It's like you could steal something from someone, but you just can't. What would you do?"
Trillian blurted out:
"The pain was unbearable. Of course—that was before."
Trillian emphasized it.
"That's more like it." Draco shrugged.
Trillian tentatively said.
Draco countered, "What do you think?"
Trillian pushed upwards along the chain,
Trillian understood immediately. "I understand."
Kraven, however, seemed unconcerned:
Draco shook his head and smiled.
After changing the topic, Draco's eyes fell on the paper. "The word '' I just wrote is actually the glyph that evolved later. The original character '' looked like this..."
