Dr. Sterns immediately operated the machinery, slowly injecting the prepared blue ultimate antidote into Banner's vein.
The instant the drug entered his body, agonizing pain shot through Banner!
The dormant gamma rage genes within him awakened instantly!
His bones thundered, his blood vessels bulged, and a terrifying green glow faintly shone through his skin. His muscles began swelling uncontrollably as Hulk's savage consciousness awakened, battering his reason!
"Steady! Hold on!" Dr. Sterns shouted, his eyes fixed on the instruments.
At that moment, Betty threw caution aside and jumped onto Banner, who was turning into Hulk, to soothe him.
Sure enough, Betty's soothing had a tremendous effect!
Hulk receded, and the green glow vanished completely!
Banner gasped for breath, utterly drained. He had finally become a completely ordinary human again!
The antidote! It had worked!
For the first time, the Hulk curse that had plagued him for two years had been completely suppressed!
Betty looked at the now-calm Banner, and her eyes instantly reddened.
Dr. Sterns stared at the readings, his face filled with amazement:
"Perfect! The antidote successfully neutralized your mutated genes! As long as you don't become utterly enraged, you'll never turn into Hulk again!"
Next, Banner wanted to destroy the Hulk serum as quickly as possible to keep it from falling into military hands and being used to create more monsters.
But a tranquilizer dart shattered the window and pierced Banner's back, knocking him out instantly.
Finally, the laboratory doors exploded with a thunderous crash!
Emil Blonsky led a squad of fully armed military special forces in a forcible raid on the laboratory!
After ordering Betty taken away, he gripped Banner by the neck, looking crazed as he tried to force Hulk out!
But Banner had already received the antidote and been knocked unconscious by a tranquilizer. How could Hulk possibly emerge?
Emil Blonsky was the military's strongest special forces soldier. To fight Hulk, he had already been injected with the first-generation Super Soldier Serum.
The serum had vastly enhanced his physical abilities, strengthened his bones, and given him extraordinary healing, but it had also made him obsessive, insane, and ravenously hungry for power!
In his two previous battles against Hulk, he had been utterly crushed and nearly killed. He had long since developed a crazed obsession with Hulk's power!
He tossed Banner aside and ordered his men to take him away.
Once everyone had left, he fixed his eyes on Dr. Sterns and roared:
"This is Hulk serum, isn't it? Inject me!"
Dr. Sterns's expression changed sharply, and he was about to refuse.
Blonsky drew his gun and advanced on him.
"Inject me! Give me all of it!"
Dr. Sterns hurriedly tried to dissuade him:
"No! Absolutely not! Injecting it directly will cause horrific, uncontrollable mutations!"
But to Blonsky, that warning meant nothing!
All he wanted was invincible power that rivaled Hulk's, or even surpassed it!
He seized Dr. Sterns by the throat, his eyes gleaming viciously:
"I'm not afraid of mutations! I want power! Inject me now! Or I'll kill you!"
With his life at stake, Dr. Sterns had no choice but to comply.
His hands trembling, he injected all the highly concentrated gamma-mutated blood into Blonsky!
As the massive dose of Hulk serum entered him, savage gamma destruction genes violently clashed, burst apart, and fused within Blonsky's body!
"Aaaaaah-!"
Blonsky let out an agonized, heart-wrenching scream!
His bones grew wildly, shifted out of place, and reassembled!
His body rapidly grew taller and swelled at a speed visible to the naked eye!
His skin instantly transformed into a hard, dark-green keratinous hide, grotesque bone spurs sprouting all over him as his muscles bulged!
His limbs stretched and twisted, and his face mutated completely into a gigantic monstrous visage filled with brutality and bloodlust!
Layers of muscle piled up, hard as steel. He was as tall and burly as Hulk, and utterly ferocious!
In just a few seconds!
Abomination was officially born!
Boom-!
A savage roar that shattered the laboratory rang through the sky!
The instant Abomination opened his eyes, nothing remained in his pupils but pure slaughter and madness!
He was completely different from Hulk, who lacked reason and was driven into a rage!
He retained his full human reason and could think tactically.
"I'm stronger now... I'm invincible!"
Abomination threw back his head and laughed wildly. Power filled his entire body, every inch of muscle surging with energy that could destroy heaven and earth!
With a casual punch, he smashed straight through the laboratory's thick alloy wall!
With a sweep of his hand, every precision instrument exploded, sending fragments flying everywhere!
The entire laboratory instantly became a ruin!
Dr. Sterns was caught in the destruction and fell, cutting his forehead. A considerable amount of the remaining Hulk blood spilled out and dripped from the laboratory bed directly onto the wound on his forehead.
Instantly, the flesh and bone of Dr. Sterns's forehead churned as he, too, underwent a horrifying mutation!
But Abomination saw none of it, nor did he care whether Dr. Sterns lived or died.
At that moment, he had only one obsession:
Find Hulk! Fight him to the death! Prove he was the strongest!
He leaped up, smashed straight through the roof, and landed violently on Broadway in New York. He rampaged down the street, slaughtering and destroying everything while wildly calling out Hulk!
A few seconds after Abomination left, Wenwu entered the ruined laboratory with six Ten Rings assassins. Without a word, they cleared out all the remaining Hulk blood!
Looking at Dr. Sterns lying on the floor, his head still mutating wildly, Wenwu marveled at what a crazy substance Hulk's blood was.
It had directly created the powerful Abomination and a supervillain, The Leader!
It even made Wenwu want to try it himself, but when he thought about the certainty of turning into a monster, he shook his head and cast out that absurd thought.
"Take him with us. We're boarding a plane tonight!"
Wenwu gave the order.
"Yes, my lord!"
The six assassins immediately moved!
Soon, Dr. Sterns was bound with ropes and carried outside to a waiting black sedan at the intersection.
Before getting into the car, Wenwu looked into the distance, where Abomination was tossing cars into the air, explosions erupted, and civilians scattered in panic. The sight of bustling Broadway instantly reduced to hell on earth filled him with emotion!
From now on, scenes like this would probably become commonplace in New York!
After Wenwu left, the military deployed in force.
But to their astonishment, none of their weapons could so much as break Abomination's skin!
Bullets were useless, shells barely scratched him, and grenades could not hurt him!
This monster was already invincible!
Aboard the helicopter, Banner, under Thaddeus Ross's custody, looked through the cabin window at the devastated streets below, the fleeing innocent civilians, and Abomination slaughtering at will. His heart sank completely.
He had only just escaped his curse and gained a new life, but now he was the only person in the world who could stop Abomination!
He drew a deep breath, his gaze shifting from hesitation to resolve.
He looked at General Ross and spoke gravely:
"Let me down. I'll stop him."
Everyone froze!
Banner undid his restraints and looked at Betty beside him, gentle yet firm:
"Wait for me to come back."
With that, he leaped without hesitation from the helicopter, several meters above the ground!
His impact smashed a huge crater into the street!
Then a green giant climbed out of the crater.
The Incredible Hulk had descended once more!
Abomination, who had been wreaking havoc, instantly turned and fixed his eyes on him.
"You finally came out! I was born to defeat you! Today, I'll tear you apart!"
As soon as he finished speaking, Abomination charged first in a frenzy!
Not to be outdone, Hulk roared and charged as well!
