"Breaking News! Flushing Industrial Area Attacked by Unidentified Monsters!"
Pietro paused for a moment, then turned to look at the screen.
When he saw the Doctor Octopus with four mechanical tentacles and the army struggling to hold on, he couldn't help but roll his eyes.
"Fuck, the safety situation in New York is getting worse and worse these days. Even octopuses are coming ashore and causing trouble."
But he didn't share the same concerns as Gwen Stacy and Wanda.
Instead, he took a sip of champagne and gave a gloating sneer.
"Heh, that freak Luca is definitely a thing of the past."
"That unlucky octopus monster dared to rob Stark Industries ' warehouse; it's courting death."
Pietro knew Luca's abilities all too well.
How could a monster that can slap itself into a wall and punch the Hulk back to its original form possibly be afraid of mere tentacles?
"Ladies, let's continue. Ignore the nonsense on TV, that guy's dead meat."
Pietro turned back and continued flirting with the female models, completely ignoring the crisis as background noise.
Two assistants were also paying close attention to this crisis.

Jessica and Natasha were organizing documents face to face.
The office projection screen was also showing live footage of Flushing.
Natasha looked at the documents while glancing at the screen out of the corner of her eye.
She noticed General Ross and the military's movements.
"Why didn't the military use heavy firepower to surround them, but instead sent infantry and armored vehicles to encircle them? What are they worried about?"
Natasha instantly saw through General Ross's intentions.
"That old fox Thaddeus Ross definitely wants to capture this monster alive and steal Stark Industries ' core energy technology while he's at it!"
"The military has always been resentful of the Stark brothers' announcement to halt arms orders; they're trying to use this as an opportunity to rise in power!"
Thinking about this, Natasha felt a sense of unease.
If the military does acquire the reactor technology, S.H.I.E.L.D.. will find itself in a very passive position.
"The bureau chief is currently engaged in an internal purge and is completely unable to handle this matter. Are we just going to stand by and watch the military succeed?"
Natasha frowned, lost in thought.
Jessica, sitting opposite her, had completely different thoughts.

The table was piled high with research materials about Pierce and Hydra.
His single eye was also fixed on the screen on the wall.
Fury snorted coldly as he saw Doctor Octopus wreaking havoc in the ruins.
"That idiot Thaddeus Ross is insatiable. He thinks he can snatch a bone from the Stark brothers with just his bunch of lowly soldiers?"
Fury has no interest in dealing with outside affairs right now.
His focus was entirely on uncovering the S.H.I.E.L.D. mole within Hydra.
"Let the Stark brothers teach the military a lesson. The fiercer they fight, the more time I'll have to clean house."
Fury lowered his head and continued drawing red circles on a classified list.
Outside Energy Warehouse No. 5 in Flushing.
"Boom!"
Doctor Octopus swung another tentacle, smashing a burning car into the news helicopter in the air.
The helicopter narrowly avoided a collision, leaving the pilot drenched in sweat.
But the photographer stubbornly held onto the camera, broadcasting the footage live to the world.
"Ladies and gentlemen! The situation is completely out of control! The military cannot stop this monster; it is only one step away from the energy core!"
The reporter's voice trembled in the wind.
"Who will save us? Where's Superman? Where's Iron Man? Where's the Justice League?!"
Viewers across United States sat in front of their televisions, breathless with tension.
Just then...
A sonic boom suddenly echoed in the sky.
"Boom!!!"
The sound seemed to tear the heavens apart.
Everyone, including the rampaging Doctor Octopus and General Ross in the command vehicle, instinctively looked up at the night sky.
A streak of white and blue light, like a ray of light piercing the darkness, plummeted straight down towards the center of the battlefield.
"They're here! They're here!"
The reporter shouted excitedly, his voice cracking.
