Once the coordinates were locked, Operation Eden commenced swiftly.
A Vought transport plane equipped with alien technology silently emerged from the atmosphere.
Gin stood on the bridge, behind him a team of elites selected from Vought Global Security Force.
Each of them is no less capable than Captain America.
They wore black tactical armor, and their weapons were specifically designed to fight the Skrulls.
The entire ship was completely silent, filled only with absolute obedience.
Five minutes to reach the target.
Gin raised his hand and gestured, and everyone began to check their equipment.
They weren't there to rescue people, nor to negotiate; they were there to hunt.
The Skrulls spaceship thought it was well hidden; from the outside, that space did indeed appear empty.
But to Vought's transport plane, it was more conspicuous than a campfire in the dark.
Gin didn't even bother to give any prior notice; he simply had the pilot use the Quantum Tunnel docking ring to forcibly attach it to the Skrull spaceship's airtight door.
"Warning! Warning! Unknown docking!"
Inside the spaceship, alarms blared.
The Skrulls, still asleep, were all awakened. They rushed out of their rooms in a panic, completely unaware of what had happened.
An excited Skrull elder rushed to the control panel to try and contact the suddenly arriving ship, believing that his leader Talos had come to pick up his people.
What's puzzling is that all communications were interfered with by strong signals, resulting in a lot of static.
The next second, a large hole was melted through the airtight door.
Gin was the first to walk in.
He scanned the green faces—women, children, and the elderly—that were etched with fear and confusion.
"Target confirmed."
He coldly gave the order.
"Implement."
The tactical squad behind him surged into the spaceship and immediately activated the Soundwave devices in their hands.
A type of Soundwave, inaudible to the human ear but capable of tearing the soul apart for the Skrulls, instantly filled every corner of the spaceship.
"Ah--!"
A young Skrull mother collapsed to her knees, clutching her head; the child in her arms fainted before even having a chance to cry.
One Skrulls after another fell, convulsing, their minds completely deranged by the disturbance.
Gin strolled slowly past these fallen "assets".
He saw a Skrull warrior trying to resist, enduring the pain to transform into Beast, but collapsing halfway through the transformation.
Gin walked up to him, kicked him over with his toe, and then pulled out a tranquilizer and plunged it into his neck.
In less than an hour, not a single Skrulls could be found standing on the entire spaceship.
"Count the quantity."
Gin gave the order.
"Sir, there are a total of 175 Skrulls, one more than the number Talos provided."
"Take it all with me."
"Sir, we also found a blue Cosmic Cube. The database indicates that this thing is the Tesseract!"
Grade A isolation facilities.
Talos watched helplessly as hibernation pods were brought in and placed in the quarantine zone.
His wife, his daughter, his people...
Everything is inside, just like cargo.
He rushed up to Amin Arnold, who had just entered, and grabbed him by the collar.
"You promised me! A new home! Kepler-186f!"
He roared, his whole body trembling.
Amin let him hold him, his face still bearing that gentle smile.
"Relax, Mr. Talos."
"What about that planet? What about our new home?"
Talos's voice was trembling with sobs.
Amin looked at him with the same expression he would give a child asking, "Does Santa Claus really exist?"
"Oh, that one."
"That's fake."
Talos suddenly released his grip on Amin's collar.
He staggered back two steps, staring in disbelief at the young face before him.
"Fake?"
"Of course it's fake."
Amin straightened his crumpled collar.
"We are businessmen, Mr. Talos. Why spend so much money to build a home for a bunch of experimental subjects that will never be returned? Besides, Earth's current technology can't travel that far."
"You... you lied to me..."
No, I'm not lying to you.
Amin shook his finger.
"I gave you a choice; you traded your race for a chance to continue."
He laughed and finished what he hadn't said before.
"In the form of a gene bank."
Talos completely collapsed.
Amin stopped looking at him and turned to walk away.
At the entrance, he stopped and gave instructions to the guards.
"Give him a sedative, don't let him hurt himself."
"He is our most important racial sample—Number 01."
Lynn Morris is reviewing a preliminary report on the " Eden " plan.
Dr. Horton's team has begun comprehensive genetic sequencing and mental frequency analysis of this new batch of Skrulls, and everything is proceeding according to plan.
Just then, the office's internal communication system rang.
She is the head of the Internal Security and Risk Control Department, Selene Kayle.
"Boss."
Selene's voice sounded a little strange.
"Speak."
" Carol Vers and Vi... something happened to them."
Lynn's brow twitched.
"Dead?"
"No," Selene paused for two seconds, "It's more troublesome than death."
"They blew up the villa."
Lynn: "..."
Selene continued her report, her tone tinged with barely suppressed absurdity.
"Based on the energy residue analysis at the scene, and the statements from the guards around... last night, the two of them were in the room... well, they were making quite a lot of noise."
"It must be some kind of reaction from the Cosmic Energy within Carol Vers, creating resonance."
"Then it exploded."
Lynn rubbed her temples.
He never expected this reason.
Is the person alright?
"No. The explosion was powerful, but the energy was directed outwards. The two of them were at the center and were completely unharmed."
Selene's tone turned serious.
"But, boss, that's not the point."
"The key point is that this accident completely revitalized Carol Vers."
A photograph taken from a distance popped up on the computer screen on Lynn's desk.
In the photo, Carol Vers is suspended in mid-air.
The body was no longer simply glowing, but was completely enveloped by a dazzling golden Flame, like the sun, and the hair floated upwards.
Her eyes were like two burning white stars.
Binary configuration.
A true, godlike power has been born.
Lynn stared at the photograph.
An existence that cannot be quantified appeared because of a damned romance.
Damn, Vi, are you really that good at this?
After hanging up the call, Lynn fell into thought.
Even without activating this form, Carol can still slowly get in touch with people and then brainwash them and use subtle manipulation to Vought them into Walter.
But even Lynn hadn't expected this unexpected activation method.
There was no genuine emotion from Talos.
There was no threat from the Supreme Intelligence or a life-or-death battle for the Kree squad.
Even Nick Fury never had any close contact with her.
This can actually be activated and transformed into its complete form?!
