I. Project origins
By order of the Red Skull, Dr. Arnim Zola and Dr. Lazlo Valentin jointly began research at an underground facility in the Alps.
Objective: Use the energy of the Tesseract as a medium to completely separate and recombine the human mind, consciousness, and body, creating "programmable life forms" without will, pain, or souls.
The Red Skull's directive read: "A nation's army will question orders. A god's army will not. We shall forge a legion of gods with the light of the Tesseract."
II. Theoretical basis of research
1. Zola's hypothesis: Consciousness is a quantized flow of energy that can be captured and reconstructed by the Tesseract's energy.
2. Valentin's hypothesis: The body is an imperfect vessel. Surgery and drugs can be used to create "ordered life."
3. Combined proposition: If individuality is erased from the body through "dollification," consciousness can be injected without loss and controlled.
The Red Skull's annotation: "A god needs a perfect vessel. Humans are merely unfinished sculptures."
III. Summary of experimental procedures
Ⅰ. Base body preparation
Source: A total of 212 Eastern European prisoners of war and volunteer subjects.
Procedures: Complete surgical removal of sex characteristics; facial stripping and neural implant reconstruction; implantation of Zola-designed "neural suppression modules."
Results: At this stage, subjects lost their sense of pain, fear response, and autonomous consciousness. The finished products were designated "doll bodies."
Ⅱ. Consciousness injection
Tesseract energy was used to trigger brainwave reconstruction, introducing digitized consciousness into the doll bodies.
Tissue dissolution or energy loss of control occurred in 84% of trials.
Ⅲ. Energy stabilization (joint phase)
Alloy-embedded energy chambers were used.
Professor Valentin's pharmacological seal was used to maintain core stability.
IV. Experimental observations
The PZ-07 base body could stand and walk for 17 minutes before collapsing. It emitted a sound resembling crying before disintegrating.
PZ-13 could remain functional for three hours and respond to voice commands. Its speech was monotone.
The PZ-21 group's coordinated responses formed a "hive consciousness," triggering an anomalous event.
V. Anomalous event record
March 2, 1944, 04:17 a.m.
Surveillance showed that after the PZ-21 group remained motionless for 23 seconds, they simultaneously raised their right arms. Their voice systems activated automatically, and all individuals repeated in perfectly identical tones:
"Wir sind vollkommen. Wir brauchen keinen Gott."
(We are perfect. We no longer need a god.)
The energy veins on the surface of every individual's body then emitted a blue-white light, with a frequency matching the wavelength of the Tesseract's energy.

The energy peak exceeded the safety threshold, causing a brief spatial distortion.

Level 3 of the facility collapsed explosively. The only surviving surveillance footage showed a humanoid figure of light shattering and dissipating.
During the subsequent cleanup, some experimental remains were found still breathing, but their brainwave frequencies were completely identical, seemingly a "single consciousness."
VI. Conclusions and follow-up report
1. The experiment was partially successful: Tesseract energy could be stably bound to modified bodies, and a mental network could be shared among multiple bodies.
2. Risks:
The collective consciousness showed a tendency toward self-awakening, and energy overload could cause spatial disturbances.

Recovery location in 1950: An underground archive in an old Swiss armory.
Special note: Blue energy scorch marks remained on the edges of the pages. Testing found traces of unknown energy.
Analysis suggested that the PZ-21 individuals might not all have been destroyed. Some energy patterns reappeared in later Hydra bioweapon projects.
