Future Timeline.
A year has passed since the Earth returned to peace.
A year ago, when Bulma and Son Gohan gathered the Dragon Ball and made a wish to Eternal Dragon to "revive all those killed by the Androids," they were filled with the most fervent hope.
But the Eternal Dragon's response brought them to their senses.
"Those who have been dead for too long have already entered the cycle of reincarnation and been reborn; I cannot separate them from their new lives."
Villain? Good person?
As long as they are ordinary people.
Faced with the ironclad laws of time, these divisions lose their meaning.
If the time since death exceeds a certain limit, there is no going back.
Ultimately, when the light of resurrection faded, less than a tenth of the people who stood on this land again were left behind, compared to the Earth's heyday.
The entire Earth is like a piece of porcelain that has been shattered, with only a few of the largest fragments barely pieced together.
Completeness is something that can never be regained.
However, as long as there are still fragments, as long as there is still a spark, it means that everything is not completely over.
Where there are people, there is hope.
The rebuilding of Earth, in the hands of survivors and a few resurrected individuals, has begun irresistibly.
After a year of hard work, although skyscrapers have yet to rise again on the ruins of the city that were once razed to the ground, rows of sturdy and neat houses have begun to take shape, forming new settlements.
Smoke from cooking fires rose again into the evening sky.
Wearing his familiar orange martial arts uniform, Son Gohan stood quietly on a high ground, looking down at the newly reborn homeland bathed in the afterglow of the setting sun.
Beside him, Turles stood with his arms crossed over his chest, also silently gazing down.
Watching those figures coming and going, busy for their home, a heartfelt emotion appeared on Son Gohan's face.
"It seems that your initial assessment, Mr. Turles, was correct."
"Without asking Eternal Dragon for help, they completely rebuilt the Earth."
"Instead, we're letting everyone rebuild their homes brick by brick with their own hands."
"Perhaps only in this way can everyone truly cherish this hard-won peace and the opportunity to start anew."
Turles did not respond immediately; his gaze swept over the hardworking yet hopeful people below.
"The hope that is given to us is fragile."
"It's easily forgotten."
After a long while, Turles finally spoke.
Only what you create with your own hands will be considered a treasure.
Son Gohan nodded solemnly upon hearing this.
Now he understands all of this.
Behind them, several familiar auras descended slowly from afar.
Krillin, Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, and Chiaotzu appeared one after another.
A year ago, they were also warriors resurrected by the Eternal Dragon. In the past year, like all the surviving humans, they devoted themselves to the great cause of rebuilding their homeland.
"Everyone!"
Son Gohan turned his head, his face beaming with genuine joy.
Krillin was the first to step forward and punched Gohan in the shoulder.
Gohan! You seem to be making good progress here!
"Reconstruction work in the other areas is also progressing very smoothly! The basic functioning of human society has now been fully restored!"
Yamcha nodded in agreement, a look of emotion on his face.
"This past year has been tough!"
"The Earth is finally regaining some vitality..."
Tien Shinhan and Chiaotzu looked at the land before them, now revitalized, and their faces also wore satisfied smiles.
The dark clouds of despair that once hung over this planet seem to have truly vanished completely.
Everything seemed to be moving in a positive direction.
Son Gohan and the others looked at each other in bewilderment.
Then they all turned in Turles ' direction.
"Mr. Turles..."
"Actually... without you!"
"The Earth may never be able to regain its vitality!"
Thank you for everything you've done for this world.
As Son Gohan finished speaking, the smiles on Krillin, Yamcha Chiaotzu, and Tien Shinhan's faces slowly faded.
His eyes were full of gratitude as he looked at Turles.
This Saiyan looks exactly like Goku!
It gave them a sense of security completely different from that of Goku!
There's also that subtle, subtly powerful leadership aura that commands respect, as if the sky would never fall as long as he's there!
Everyone was undoubtedly impressed by Turles.
My heart is filled with respect and gratitude.
At Son Gohan's prompting, the Z Fighters all bowed deeply to Turles.
Faced with such heartfelt thanks from everyone, Turles simply nodded slightly, accepting the respect with equanimity.
Now that everything is on track...
"I think it's time to say goodbye..."
The Z Fighters were taken aback by what they heard.
Son Gohan instinctively asked, "Mr. Turles, you mean?"
Turles nodded, tilting his head back. " Bulma said she might have found a method worth trying."
The scene changes.
The Capsule Corporation of West City.
Outside the open courtyard.
Everyone had already appeared here together.
On the lawn in front of them.
A Time Machine stands there.
Bulma walked up to Turles, holding in her hand the very ring that had transported Turles to this place.
"The energy extracted from this ring is of much higher quality than the fuel used in the previous Time Machine!"
"It should be no problem for you to travel through time three times."
"To prevent potential travel to other unknown timelines, I've created a tracking device, using this ring as the medium..."
Bulma still looked worried as she spoke.
"But I don't know if it will work."
"We used to think that Time Machine traveled through time, but unfortunately, they can only travel to different timelines... To ensure you can successfully return to your target timeline."
"When entering a time point, you need to combine the time you spent here to calculate your timeline position in spacetime."
"If something goes wrong... we might end up in some other unfamiliar time and space."
Turles accepted the ring, which had regained its luster.
In response to Bulma's advice, Turles nodded and said, "I know... In any case, we still have to try to find out."
Seeing Bulma's reluctant gaze, he gently patted her shoulder, "Take care!"
Then he looked up at the Z Fighters around him.
He gave parting advice to Krillin, Tien Shinhan, and Chiaotzu in turn.
Then it was Yamcha's turn. "I'm so glad to see Yamcha who's different from the one I knew, who hasn't lost his spirit as a martial artist!"
"Looks like your Yamcha from that timeline was a real disappointment!" Yamcha sighed upon hearing this. "Actually, if so many things hadn't happened, I might have ended up like that guy... But!"
"That won't happen!"
Turles, with an expression that said "that puts my mind at ease," finally stepped forward and stood in front of Son Gohan.
"Mr. Turles..."
Turles glanced briefly at the thriving scenery around him and said slowly, "I don't belong here after all!"
Do you understand?
Son Gohan nodded emphatically.
"I understand!"
"I made a promise with the Supreme Kai that I would go to train with him!"
"Mr. Turles!"
You taught me so much!
"I won't lose again!"
As he spoke, Son Gohan proactively extended his fist.
Seeing this, Turles laughed and raised his fist!
It was pasted on...
