"That's all? Moro, have you stooped so low that you need to ask for help even for such trivial matters?"
Moro's expression remained unchanged in the face of this mockery.
He completely ignored Towa's provocation, his tone exuding absolute Control.
"You don't need to be too eager to explore this; I have other things to do..."
Moro turned around, his voice cold and undisguisedly threatening.
"I'm asking for your help because I want to speed things up. If you're not willing to cooperate, then I'll have no choice but to reluctantly go and collect the Dragon Ball myself."
As he finished speaking, Moro's hand, which held the Dark Dragon Balls, emitted an eerie glow.
He closed his eyes slightly, as if sensing something.
Then he suddenly raised his head, his gaze fixed intently on a certain direction in the universe, his tone resolute.
The nearest one... is in this direction.
Towa's previously confident and playful expression instantly crumbled.
Her face contorted in utter shock, and she blurted out in horror.
"You! How could you!"
Moro looked down at the distraught Towa and smiled faintly.
"Do you mean the location of the Dragon Ball?"
He casually tossed the Dark Dragon Balls in his hand.
"This is a small matter; if you want to, you can easily do it."
Towa was horrified by Moro's nonchalant and seemingly all-encompassing demeanor.
She abandoned all her disdain and hesitation, deciding to lock in the deal immediately.
Towa's eyes hardened, and she suddenly swept her hand across the air.
As ripples spread through the space, a phantom "contract paper" covered with dark magical runes appeared out of thin air, exuding a chilling aura.
She stared intently at Moro.
"Words are meaningless; you'll have to sign a contract to prove it..."
However, before Towa could finish her harsh words, Moro showed signs of impatience.
He stretched out his palm and pressed his magic mark onto the "contract" without hesitation!
The contract instantly transformed into a crimson streak of light, directly plunging into Moro's burly body, forming a faint rune on his skin before disappearing completely.
This level of restriction is neither aesthetically pleasing nor practical.
If it really flares up, even eating it as a snack wouldn't be enough to fill a tooth gap.
Moro remained outwardly composed, looking at Towa was momentarily speechless at his decisive action, and spoke coldly.
"Alright, let's not waste any more time."
He extended a finger, and a flash of silver light appeared at the fingertip.
An extremely pure and massive stream of magical energy shot towards Towa like a sharp sword, instantly piercing her chest.
Towa felt her depleted magical power surge instantly, and her face showed extreme astonishment.
Moro actually shared his power with me?!
Then, without looking back, Moro led the trembling horned alien away from the underground abyss, leaving behind only a cold, echoing sentence.
"This energy... is enough for you to move."
Towa watched Moro's retreating figure and fell into a long silence.
She carefully sensed the terrifying power within her that belonged to an ancient Planet-Eater.
She tried to reach out and grab at the void. With a violent distortion of space, a pitch-black magic staff with a skull and dark red crystal inlaid at the top appeared in her hand out of thin air!
The magic wand shone brightly the moment it appeared, its dark green and crimson magic intertwining.
Immediately afterwards, the space on both sides of Towa's body was forcibly torn apart, revealing an abyss-like "door"!
Heavy footsteps came from deep inside the door.
A figure whose face was obscured but who exuded a powerful aura slowly walked out from inside the door.
The figure knelt on one knee before Towa, his voice hoarse, fervent, and filled with endless chill.
"Lady Towa! You've finally... summoned us!"
Moro, leading the horned aliens, left the underground abyss and returned to their dilapidated spaceship.
The dilapidated spaceship hatch slowly closed behind the horned alien.
"Buzz--"
It completely isolates the dead darkness outside from the dim light inside the cabin.
The angular alien stood motionless in place.
His body, however, was trembling slightly, though he couldn't help it.
The scene in the underground abyss was still replaying wildly in my mind.
With a casual flick of Lord Moro's finger, it instantly regained its unfathomable and terrifying power!
He swallowed hard, his body trembling slightly with extreme excitement and greed.
He craved power.
I dream about it.
If... if I could also receive Lord Moro's blessing...
His burning gaze was fixed on the imposing figure in front of him.
Moro sensed the undisguised fanatical gaze behind him.
He slowly turned around.
A glint of insight flashed in his eyes, and he instantly understood what his subordinate was thinking.
That's fine.
I had promised this guy before that I would grant him great power.
Now, it's time to offer a little something sweet.
Moro slowly raised his hand and gently tapped the air with his index finger.
A faint yet extremely pure ball of dark red light flew out from his fingertips.
The ball of light streaked across the dimly lit cabin like a meteor, disappearing straight into the chest of the angular alien.
The horned alien shuddered violently.
He looked down, staring incredulously at his chest.
The next second.
A violent surge of magic exploded throughout his body, rampaging wildly!
"Ughhhhhh--!"
He let out a suppressed roar of pain.
His muscles bulged suddenly, veins popping out, tearing his already tattered uniform inch by inch.
His face was glowing!
He felt an unprecedented surge of power within him, a powerful illusion that he could crush a meteorite with a single punch, which twisted his ugly face in extreme ecstasy.
"Strength..."
"This is... power!"
The Sharp-Horned Alien felt the abundant energy within his body, and a smile spread across his entire face.
Immediately afterward, the ecstasy on his face faded quickly, replaced by an overwhelming fervor and worship.
"Thump!"
His knees buckled, and he collapsed heavily to his knees.
"Thank you! Thank you, Moro!"
The horned alien was so excited that he was incoherent, pressing his forehead hard against the cold ground and kowtowing repeatedly.
"Bang! Bang! Bang!"
Moro stared at him expressionlessly.
That look was no different from looking at an insignificant ant crawling on the ground.
"As long as you take things seriously, this is just the beginning."
The angular aliens readily agreed, fervently expressing their loyalty.
"I am willing to give everything for Moro! Everything I have is yours!"
Then, he suddenly stood up from the ground.
He swiftly rushed to the spaceship's instrument panel and respectfully inquired.
"Sir, where are we going now?"
Moro's dark red eyes gazed at the desolate starry sky outside the porthole.
A slight smile tugged at the corner of his lips...
"Of course... I'm going to find the Dragon Ball..."
[PS: This Demon Realm is not the Demon Realm of the Great Demon, and the Dark Demon Realm is only a reference for the characters. The combat levels and storylines are also my original creations. I did not introduce the time-traveling Dark Dragon Ball. The Dark Dragon Ball here comes from this Demon Realm version of Dragon Ball, and I did not introduce the Time Patrol.]
The original outline did indeed plan to introduce the Time Patrol in this chapter, but it wasn't used in the end. I forced myself to watch Dragon Ball Heroes several times, but I still couldn't find a suitable entry point. This kind of plot, which is just fighting for the sake of fighting, is too chaotic. Including the endless parallel universes, once they become rampant and integrated, I really don't have the confidence to keep it from falling apart.
The prestige and status of the Supreme Kai of Time are too difficult to balance with the gods of the main timeline. Many settings in those game fanfictions are not perfect, and the combat power is also very chaotic and hard to refer to. Anyone can exchange a few blows with anyone else, and that's it. But I need to consider the more long-term impact. I don't want to introduce these easily chaotic systems into my book. So, I will still use the official timeline as the basis, adding my own original plots and settings. Because it is my own original work, I will try my best to make it logically consistent and easier to keep it from falling apart.
First, a heads-up to readers expecting Time Patrol or some multi-dimensional, interdimensional battle: due to the author's limitations, there are currently no plans to connect with Dragon Ball Heroes. We'll consider it later when the ideas are more fully developed.
