As everyone knows, being within one's own Great Sun Phenomenon makes one a god-like ruler, capable of controlling everything. Even if an opponent with strength many times greater than oneself falls into it, they can only be manipulated at will. Unless one breaks through this Great Sun Phenomenon space with power several times greater, the situation can be reversed again. In other words, a martial artist simply cannot open their own Great Sun Phenomenon space within someone else's Great Sun Phenomenon space.
This is the ironclad law of martial arts on the Azeroth Continent.
However, everything happening before his eyes—the dark and deep cave, the faint roars of demons, the cold air, the omnipresent evil demonic energy—made Pope Sensi of the Red Sand Pope clearly understand that he was not in the real world, not in the [ Sin Domain of the Gods ]. Theoretically speaking, he should be in someone else's Great Sun Phenomenon —more precisely, in King of Chambord's Great Sun Phenomenon.
This discovery was even more absurd and shocking to him than the discovery that His Holiness the First Pope of the Holy Church Blatter, was actually a necromancer.
King of Chambord broke the martial arts laws of the Azeroth Continent, activating his own Great Sun Phenomenon amidst the Great Sun Phenomenon of others... How did he do it?
The fear in the heart of Red Sand Pope is simply indescribable.
Barely managing to calm himself, the Demigod Dou Weapon [ Staff of the Black Reef ], under his full power, radiated a blazing Scorching Sun -like light, illuminating every detail of the surroundings. Beside him were black, hard rock walls, their touch extremely cold, and the air was filled with the stench of decay and Bloody. After looking around, Sensi did not find the figure of King of Chambord.
Suddenly, a very distinct yet very slow sound of footsteps came from the end of the passageway in the distance.
Sensi's heart tightened, and he unleashed his full Holy Power to its peak, focusing his mind on guard.
A moment later, a human figure slowly appeared in the distance, walking with extreme difficulty, limping, devoid of any life force, yet surging with a dense, malevolent power. Its arms were stiffly outstretched, an extremely bizarre sight...
"That's... a rotting Decayed Half-Step Great Sun-Rank Venerable?"
As they drew closer, Sensi's eyes widened. He discovered that the so-called human figure was naked, its muscles had turned bluish-black, chunks of rotting flesh clung to its bones, and its eyeballs had popped out. It was not King of Chambord at all, but a powerful, Decayed.
"Evil, intolerable to the gods, melts away under the illumination of holy power!"
The Holy Power of the Holy Church has a restraining effect on undead creatures, not to mention that Sensi the Red Sand Pope is a master of Holy Power. He unleashed a terrifying white flame that enveloped the rotting Decayed, which was at the Half-Step Great Sun-Rank Venerable, in the distance. A stench spread, and the Decayed offered almost no Resist before turning into a pool of foul-smelling yellow pus.
"What's going on? Could this not be the Great Sun Phenomenon Space of King of Chambord?"
Red Sand Pope Sensi became suspicious.
He was now a bit confused. Based on his understanding of King of Chambord's strength, this young King had only just been promoted to the Great Sun-Rank Venerable position, even a notch below him, probably at the fourth or fifth level of the lower grade of the Great Sun Rising Sun Stage. According to the realm classification, even if Great Sun-Rank Venerable at this level had mastered the Great Sun Phenomenon, it would be impossible for them to create such a realistic virtual space, and there was even a powerful Decayed with the strength of Half-Step Great Sun-Rank Venerable.
Especially that Decayed from earlier, it could almost be considered a living being.
Creating life forms within the Great Sun Phenomenon Space is a divine power possessed only by legendary Great Sun-Rank Venerable who are at the Blazing Sun Stage.
The events unfolding before his eyes left Sensi completely bewildered and confused.
After observing for a while, he realized there was no way back. To figure out the situation, Pope Sensi of the Red Sand Pope calmed down, mustered his courage, and continued to grope his way forward through the dark tunnel.
The deeper one goes into the cave, the colder the air becomes, and the stronger the pervasive evil aura grows.
Sensi was greatly shocked and couldn't figure out what place on the continent could have such a terrifying and dense evil aura. He was well-versed in many of the Holy Church and knew a lot about the hidden things in the world. After careful observation, he discovered that the evil aura here was like the legendary Hell aura that could make even the gods in heaven change color.
"Damn God!"
A series of indistinct roars came from the darkness ahead.
Suddenly, several small, blood-red monsters, as if their skin had been peeled off, each holding an orange torch in one hand and wielding a curved blade in the other, emerged from the shadows of the distant cave like ferocious demons. They possessed the strength of Half-Step Great Sun-Rank Venerable.
"What kind of monster is this?" Sensi was shocked. He hurriedly activated his Holy Power and swung the [ Staff of the Black Reef ] rapidly, unleashing beams of silver-white Holy Power.
Suddenly, the passageway was filled with light, and the lightsabers shot down all the monsters. A pool of blood and a pungent stench filled the air. Three or four of the five or six monsters fell, and the remaining two, seeing that the situation was not good, screamed in terror and turned to run away.
" Half-Step Great Sun-Rank Venerable, yet he was as cowardly as a mouse, his entire body was blood red, and he held a scimitar bladed with flames..."
Sensi couldn't help but recall a passage from a secret canon of the Church, and immediately thought of a legendary monster. His heart trembled with fear, and he thought to himself: Could it be that our sect has fallen into the legendary, terrifying Hell today, and that's why we've seen so many living demons?
He no longer believed that this was the Great Sun Phenomenon of King of Chambord.
With King of Chambord's strength, it was impossible for him to create such a realistic world. Moreover, this world even contained a legendary demon with the strength of Half-Step Great Sun-Rank Venerable. That was a realm that even the Scorching Sun and Great Perfection Venerables could not reach, almost like a god. It was something that a mere powerhouse who had just advanced to the Great Sun-Rank Venerable could not possibly accomplish.
Sensi was about to cautiously approach and examine the monsters' corpses.
As soon as they got closer, an orange flame suddenly flickered on the corpses of these little red demons. With a buzzing sound, the monsters that had died suddenly came back to life. They showed no signs of weakness and were still at the level of Half-Step Great Sun-Rank Venerable, full of energy, as if they had never died.
This really sent Sensi's soul flying.
[ Staff of the Black Reef ] was swung wildly, and the person retreated rapidly. The entire cave passage was filled with the light and majestic Holy Power. Under the surging silver light, these monsters howled and their bodies turned black and charred, and a series of pus blisters appeared. They quickly died again.
But less than a minute later, orange flames flickered, and the blood-red imp was resurrected completely unharmed.
Sensi unleashed his Holy Power once more, launching a deadly attack.
After repeating this process several times, Sensi slowly exhaled a breath of stale air.
He finally discovered the reason for this bizarre scene.
Hidden in the shadows in the distance was a demon-mage-like monster, draped in a thatched cloak, wearing a white bone crown, and holding a staff inlaid with white bones. It was constantly casting spells to resurrect these dead blood-red imps.
This demon mage's strength was actually around the first stage of the lower Great Sun-Rank Venerable Rising Sun Stage. Fortunately, Sensi's strength was higher than this monster's, and he also had Demigod Dou Weapon, the [ Staff of the Black Reef ], which allowed him to easily kill the Demigod Dou Weapon mage.
Sure enough, after the demon mage died, the blood-red imp never revived.
Sensi was terrified. Thinking of the records in the secret scriptures of the Church, he was both scared and frightened, but he had no other choice. After hesitating for a long time, he gritted his teeth, mustered his courage, and continued to move deeper into the labyrinthine Den of Evil.
Along the way, he encountered several waves of zombies and several waves of blood-red imps, all of which he dealt with immediately and did not pose any real threat to him.
But for some reason, Sensi always had a very uneasy feeling in his heart, as if Twin Hermits in the shadows were watching him silently, like a cat playing with a mouse, watching him fight against these evil creatures.
Second update.
