B -Trunks traveled to World A, killed Frieza, and returned to World B, leaving Son Goku with medicine to treat his heart condition. Three years later, when the Androids appeared, he returned to help.
After a series of battles and training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Trunks' strength increased significantly. After his battle with Cell, he returned and killed all the androids.
C- Trunks returned to the D-world, killed Frieza, and then went back to the C-world, leaving Son Goku with medicine to treat his heart condition. Three years later, when the Androids appeared, he returned to help them.
However, because Cell did not exist in the D world, C Trunks never experienced the training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber and was unaware of Cell's existence, leading to his death by a sneak attack.
Cell from World D then traveled to World A in a time machine, secretly absorbing Android 17 and Android 18 before being exposed.
To put it simply, there is only one Cell, the one who destroyed World D, killed C Trunks, and then traveled to World A via the time machine.
Overall, Cell's storyline is alright. Xu Long was completely confused when he watched it and it took him a long time to figure out what was going on.
But it's Japanese anime, as long as it's exciting and action-packed, there's no point in worrying about whether it's mind-bending or not.

As a hybrid of human and Saiyan, Trunks possesses immense potential.
In the ensuing battle against Majin Buu, both he and Son Goten were able to transform into Super Saiyan 3, and after Body Integration, they forced Buu into a series of defeats.
Unfortunately, due to his young age, his transformation and Body Integration states couldn't last long, and he ultimately lost.
Time passed quickly, and Frieza's spaceship finally arrived.
