Chapter Summaries

Leonidas and the surviving Spartans were defeated by Athens, then rescued and restored in Athena’s sanctuary, where Kratos offered Leonidas a chance to bring Sparta into the alliance. As Ares led his elite warriors into the fog-shrouded holy city for the final battle, Kratos prepared to confront him.

• Leonidas ignored Slut’s plea to retreat and led the remaining Spartans into Athens, where the forces were overwhelmed and Leonidas was killed.
• Leonidas awoke on a plain among the rescued Spartans, where a black-armored healer treated him and Slut.
• Kratos gave Leonidas watermelon and explained that most Spartans had been saved, while the war god’s fanatics had been killed; Leonidas considered joining Athena’s sanctuary.
• Ares’s overseers killed the remaining armies that tried to flee, and Ares gathered five hundred Berserker God Warriors for an assault on the holy city.
• Ares charged toward Athens, intending to defeat Athena and seize Pandora’s Realm-Breaking Spear.

Ares was trapped inside Athena’s World Shield and faced Milo, who fought to claim his battle sword and improve her weapon. As Athena’s forces evacuated Sparta, Zeus appeared to confront them.

• Athena trapped Ares and his Berserker God Warriors inside the World Shield, where her Saints surrounded them.
• Milo challenged Ares for his battle sword while Saga sent the Silver and Bronze Saints to fight the Berserker God Warriors.
• Ares fought at full strength and pushed Milo onto the defensive, but Milo adapted to his techniques as Wang Hao explained that Ares’s sword could help her spear become an ancestor divine artifact.
• Leonidas pledged Sparta to Athena, and Seiya and his four companions fought Apollo and his legion while the people were evacuated to Athena’s Divine Kingdom.
• Zeus arrived beneath the storm clouds as Leonidas organized the evacuation.

Seiya and the other Saints fought Zeus and Apollo’s forces while protecting the Spartans, and Kratos finished off the defeated Ares. Zeus and Apollo were driven away, the Saints survived but were exhausted, and Kratos worried that his children would leave him no gods to defeat himself.

• Zeus attacked Seiya and the others, but Seiya unleashed a hidden sword attack and shattered half of Zeus’s head with a follow-up punch, forcing him to flee.
• Leonidas caught the unconscious Seiya and rallied the Spartans to protect their hero.
• Ikki defeated Apollo by destroying his divine body and then revived through Phoenix Nirvana, while Shiryu and the others fought the Sun God Warrior Legion at full strength.
• Kratos found Ares defeated after Milo, Deathmask, Saga, and the others had battered him, then stabbed him with the Blades of Chaos and consumed his remains.
• Kratos concluded that advancing his Blades of Chaos and Gold Cloth would require devouring Olympus’s major gods, but worried his children would defeat them before he could.

After Athens Sanctuary defeated Ares, Wang Hao’s family prepared for Zeus and the next divine war. Zeus hurried Olympus Divine Mountain toward Athens Sanctuary, drawing the attention of rival pantheons.

• Wang Hao praised his children’s performance and warned that Zeus might bring Olympus Divine Mountain against Athens Sanctuary, while Athena noted that Zeus would have to guard against other pantheons.
• Aldebaran claimed Heracles as his opponent, and Aiolos asked Athena for permission to pursue Artemis; she agreed but warned that Zeus also coveted Artemis.
• Wang Hao sent Saga and the others to prepare for the next battle, then decided with his family to seek suitable partners for their children as part of the Ark Plan.
• Zeus repaired his damaged body and hurried Olympus Divine Mountain toward Athens Sanctuary, hoping to seize Athena’s fortune and stop her from growing stronger.
• Spies from the major pantheons noticed Olympus Divine Mountain’s movement and began watching the impending conflict.

After Saga defeated the Olympian Pantheon, Wang Hao left the Divine Dao Great World to investigate the Supreme Dao Domain and uncover how Hongjun escaped the Sea of the End. Meanwhile, Xiaoqing and Bai Suzhen began preparing the Martial Dao and Mystic Dao Great Worlds for Wang Hao’s Ark Plan, though the Mystic Dao preparations turned violent.

• Saga slew Zeus, claimed the Divine Spear of Thunder, and helped Athens Sanctuary defeat the united pantheons and obtain the Scepter of Creation and Pandora’s Box.
• Wang Hao left Athena in charge, sealed the passage to the Divine Dao Great World, and traveled to the Supreme Dao Domain while Xiaoqing and Bai Suzhen set out to prepare the other worlds.
• Wang Hao found that Muddling Heavenly Dao Venerable had fallen, then followed his fissure into the Supreme Dao Domain and discovered the remains of three thousand Dao Ancestors and four Supreme Dao Ancestors.

In the Primordial Main World, Chenxiang learned the truth behind his conflict with Yang Jian as the Infinite Immeasurable Tribulation began, and Hongjun faced a coalition joined by powerful forces arriving from another world.

• Wang Hao reached the Half-Step Dao Realm, guided Pandora’s Box across the Sea of the End, and sent its sealed true spirits, including his children, into reincarnation before returning to fuse with the Sea.
• Chenxiang, who had become Pangu’s incarnation, fought the devilized Yang Jian, who held the advantage with the Dao Fruits of three thousand Chaos Devil Gods, until Yang Jian feigned a backlash and let Chenxiang win.
• Chenxiang rushed to the heavenly prison to rescue Yang Chan and his siblings, found them playing mahjong, and learned the truth from Yang Jian before joining the others for the final battle.
• Yang Jian joined Tongtian and the others in the Primordial Wilderness Starry Sky, where Hongjun appeared with the Jade Disc of Creation and repaired it with his own disc.
• A fat man and a host of powerful devilish figures emerged from the otherworld passage as it widened to reveal a colossal Pangu-like silhouette pushing an enormous world toward the Primordial Main World.

Wang Hao and his allies gathered as the Primordial Main World merged with the Primordial Wilderness Devil World, bringing the final tribulation to the battlefield. As Hongjun’s power rose beyond the Supreme Dao Realm, Wang Hao realized that even his own path might have been part of Hongjun’s plan.

• Demonic Dao Tongtian beat up Cult Master Tongtian, while Demonic Dao Nüwa fused with Primordial Wilderness Nüwa and Demonic Dao Houtu judged her counterparts.
• Heavenly Emperor Ruthless and the women from eight other worlds arrived with their developed worlds, reinforcing the Primordial Main World’s side.
• Great Devil Pangu merged the two Chaos universes, spreading the Power of the End and beginning the Infinite Immeasurable Tribulation.
• Dongfang Bai and the other women confronted Wang Hao over his past deception, then agreed to postpone settling matters until after Hongjun was defeated.
• Great Devil Pangu brought back Great God Pangu, who fused with him and reached the Supreme Dao Realm; Wang Hao also reached that realm through the Sea of the End.
• Hongjun revealed that he intended to create a realm above the Dao Realm, and Wang Hao asked whether Pandora's Box and the Scepter of Creation had been among his contingencies.

Hongjun revealed that he had manipulated Wang Hao and others to gather the three supreme powers and transcend the Supreme Dao Realm. Wang Hao disrupted Hongjun’s fusion with the power of will, and Hongjun entrusted the powers’ core origins to him before vanishing, leaving Wang Hao to rebuild the empty Chaos universe.

• Hongjun explained how he created the Power of Creation and planned to fuse it with Reincarnation and the End, then forcibly drew their origins from Wang Hao, Pangu, and the others.
• Wang Hao separated his will from his true spirit, and Nüwa, Dongfang Bai, Princess Tsunade, Ahoge King, Qilin, Pangu, Tongtian, and the others gave him their remaining power and wills.
• Wang Hao recognized that his existence was Hongjun’s flaw and entered Hongjun’s body to disrupt the balance of the three supreme powers.
• Hongjun’s fusion failed, and he realized that the power of will could carry him beyond the Supreme Dao Realm’s limits.
