The Pentagon, third floor, Department of the Army.
General Ross received a call from one of his officers. The long-missing Hulk had been spotted near the Port of New York. The green beast wanted by the Department of Defense was engaged in a fierce battle with another massive yellow giant. Their strength was evenly matched, and neither side could gain the upper hand.
Having received the news immediately, the general watched the two monsters fighting savagely on the video feed. The invincible Hulk was actually at a temporary disadvantage, being pummeled by a yellow giant resembling the Abomination. Its ferocious attacks came like a storm, crashing into its opponent again and again.
Compared with Hulk, who was like a crazed beast, the yellow giant understood combat techniques better and knew how to strike an enemy's weak points. By contrast, Hulk could only attack on instinct.
At first, the two sides had remained evenly matched. But as Blonsky gradually figured out the big guy's usual moves, he began treating the formidable enemy who had once humiliated him like a punching bag.
Of course, it was not because Blonsky, transformed into the Abomination, was strong enough to defeat Hulk, whose power rose with his anger and had virtually no upper limit. Rather, Banner himself had been injected with suppressants by Samuel for a long time. Even though he had broken free of the drugs' restraints, his overall combat power had dropped by a level.
"Mobilize the troops! Lure Hulk into an open area!"
General Ross slammed a fist into his palm, excitement flashing in his eyes. In his view, every cell in Banner's body was military property. They had finally gotten the chance to have him deliver himself right to their doorstep, so there was no way they could let him go.
