Stark's signature dry humor amused a great many guests below. They might not have understood the production structure of the new energy source or the long string of technical terms, but that did not stop them from eagerly investing in Stark Industries.
When it shut down its weapons factories and transitioned from the Military Industry into the energy sector, most outsiders had unanimously predicted doom for Stark Industries. They believed that this colossal giant standing at the pinnacle of the United States would suffer a disastrous defeat because of that playboy's recklessness, never recover, and plunge into the abyss.
Unfortunately for them, the facts proved that besides possessing extraordinary talent for scientific research, Tony also had an equally sharp eye for business. While abandoning Stark Industries' past, he found another enormous gold mine, successfully gained a foothold, and continued expanding his territory.
Sean felt the cool night breeze blowing toward him. Looking up at the enormous letters above, he could not help feeling a little sorry for Tony. This majestic skyscraper, completed only recently, would probably need renovations again before long.
