After a brief darkness, Jane broke free from the weightless state. That violent pulling force carried her through a pitch-black, empty corridor and into another dimension.
Jane shouted Daisy's name, desperately suppressing the fear in her heart. Her voice traveled far across the dim, deathly silent wasteland, but no one answered.
The astronomer regretted wandering around alone. This factory had abnormal gravity and was filled with invisible, intangible spatial entrances. It was quite dangerous; one careless step could send someone falling into another dimension.
Jane wanted to return through the original passage, but she could no longer find that blurred point of gravity. She could only carefully observe her surroundings. Above her was a dim, starless night sky; beneath her was solid ground. By the faint light, she could vaguely see countless sunken ravines scattered across the surface, like meteor craters. A gentle breeze brushed past her ears and stirred her hair.
"The atmosphere here is very similar to Earth's. There are no signs of living organisms for now. Unable to determine the magnetic field direction..."
Jane lowered her head and fiddled with her measuring instruments. A scientist's instincts began to take over.
Amid the cold silence, she saw a hazy red glow standing between the cracks of the massive rocks behind her. A faint light spilled out, casting a dark crimson hue.
Driven by intense curiosity, Jane cautiously approached the rough boulders stacked atop one another. Complex patterns seemed to be etched beneath them, somewhat resembling ancient Asgardian writing.
The spilling dark crimson light shone across Jane's face, and she saw the Aether drifting restlessly through the gap. Like a mass of ever-changing liquid, it radiated a strange and powerful attraction.
"Don't touch it."
The sudden voice startled Jane. She trembled violently and swung the measuring instrument in her
