This man, Tichy, came from Carbin. He had a wild-looking face covered by a thick black beard and had once been an infamous Space Pirate. His most famous exploit was hijacking Sovereign's flagship, the Revenge Queen, all by himself. Later, to escape the High Priest's frenzied pursuit, he hid away in Knowhere.
