Sean remained on Sakaar for two days. In the end, Thor still chose to return to Asgard, and their party gained one more former Valkyrie.

The athletic woman was a scavenger on Sakaar, designated Number 142. She was the one who had sold Thor to the Grandmaster. Her true identity was that of Valkyrie, the sole survivor of the Valkyrie Legion.

Long ago, Odin had dispatched the entire Valkyrie Legion to imprison the increasingly ambitious Hela. In that brutal battle, every Valkyrie had fallen.

Valkyrie should have died alongside her companions, but she survived. When she awakened, corpses had formed mountains around her, and blood had gathered into streams and rivers. The culprit behind it all had been locked away in Hel by Odin, reduced from Asgard's princess to a prisoner.

Having lost her glory and comrades, Valkyrie became utterly disheartened. She left Asgard, wandered all the way to Sakaar, and became a scavenger and a drunkard.

Sean boarded the massive flagship floating in outer space. Flying the United Government flag, this imperial-class warship was capable of conquering entire planets. It carried four thousand powerful turbolaser cannons, along with large numbers of gunships and new space fighters.

The ship was equipped with thirteen large hyperspace engines, ensuring that the enormous vessel could travel at full speed through the stars. Its heavy black metal hull reflected a dim, icy sheen, radiating an unspoken sense of intimidation.

No wonder the Grandmaster had been so warmly accommodating toward Sean, granting him whatever he wanted and behaving with exceptional obedience.

Who knew whether Sean might casually find an excuse to seize all of Sakaar, just as he had occupied the Collector Taneleer Tivan's Knowhere?

The Grandmaster did not want to flee
