Claire had the coordinates for Nafu City, and Griffin Territory was her own domain. She would not be met with the vigilance and attacks of the guard mages as she would if she appeared in a city without warning, so a single Spatial Teleportation brought her back to her residence.
After appearing, Claire happened to see Yuna and Melly playing in the open space before the residence.
Melly waved her little wand, creating tiny Water Balls in the air that circled around herself and Yuna. Delight filled her face, and the two of them were having a wonderful time.
After spinning around on the grass, Yuna noticed Claire, who had suddenly appeared nearby. Her hand trembled in fright, and the water spell nearly destabilized on the spot and splashed across both their faces.
"Big Brother!" Melly cried excitedly once she came to her senses.
Yuna, who had been sitting cross-legged on the grass, turned around as well. Upon seeing Claire, she happily rose to her feet. "Young Master, you're back!"
Claire took out the desserts from her Spatial Ring and gave them a shake, smiling as she asked, "Want some dessert?"
"Melly wants some!" Melly spread her arms and pounced toward Claire, immediately hugging her leg as she raised her head to stare intently at the desserts in Claire's hand.
Yuna followed behind her. Though she was not as uninhibited as Melly, she still looked very happy.
In the courtyard outside the residence, Claire took out the desserts she had bought in Mary Port and placed them on the stone table before them.
Melly's eyes lit up at the sight of the desserts. She circled the stone table, unable to decide which one to eat first.
