History

During the ancient God War, Immortal Kings from both realms fought on a catastrophic scale, reducing the Ancient Immortal Realm to ruins and burying hundreds of millions of lives in calamity. Immortal King Qiankun and Ghost Emperor Fengdu were among those who fought to mutual destruction. 933

The Reincarnation Immortal King was the last Immortal King publicly reported to have broken through and departed before the present era; after his departure, no news of an Immortal King circulated for five million years. 725

In the current era, the re-emergence of Immortal King inheritances, tombs, Dao Foundations, and reincarnated former Kings renewed competition among Heavenly Realm and Underworld factions. The Yun Cang Realm's connection to an Immortal King inheritance drew cultivators from numerous Mortal Realms and Upper Realm powers. 725 730
