Fang Tianyi initially lived on Tianwei Mountain, where he was known simply as “Mister Fang” and frequented the Scripture Pavilion. After recognizing Shen Yun as a Heavenly Insight Person, he accepted him as a disciple, revealed his true name, and transmitted the Five Elements Outer Law. He taught Shen Yun to cultivate all five elemental manas and seek the Five Qi Towards Primordial Realm. 14

His mentorship was deliberately sparse. Rather than continuously instructing Shen Yun, Fang Tianyi provided key methods and direction, then allowed his disciple to comprehend and verify the Dao independently. 284 364

Jade Void later revealed that Fang Tianyi was the Five Elements True Body reshaped by the Reincarnation Immortal King. To escape the shackles of reincarnation, he severed every True Spirit, sealed away his former memories, and rebuilt his path from nothing; his Dao arts were consequently derived through his own deductions. 1098
