Shangguan Yun had already finished washing his face.
His nosebleed had more or less stopped. When he looked in the mirror again, he suddenly froze, shock filling his eyes.
His reflection had vanished from the mirror before him.
"What's going on?"
Shangguan Yun stared into the mirror, waved his hand, and took a few steps from side to side.
Yet no matter what he did, the enormous pane of glass before him never reflected his image.
It was as though he simply did not exist in the mirror.

Shangguan Yun was baffled. He looked at the faucet, the sink, even the washstand. All of them appeared in the mirror, yet he alone could not appear in it.
The mirror before him was completely blank. There was no sign of him at all.

"Forget it. I'll head back. Maybe someone's playing a prank."
Although it was strange, he did not take it too seriously.
He turned to leave.
The restroom had no door.
But the moment he turned the corner to leave, he stiffened.
Instead of the familiar path he had taken on the way in, there was only darkness ahead. It was not the darkness of night, but something like a wall formed from congealed black ink, standing eerily before him and blocking his way.
If he forced himself to step into it, he felt as if he would fall into an abyss of eternal damnation.
"What the hell is going on?" At that moment, Shangguan Yun was completely panicked.
It had been bad enough that he could not see his reflection
