The rocks of the mountain behind were entirely deep black, distinctly different from the dark brown body of the mountain before him.
There were now quite a few mountains within Tuban, such as the snow-covered peaks in the far north and some mountains amid the forests of the far east.
Yet throughout all of Tuban, only the mountain by the river had appeared naturally after Tuban was refined into shape. All the others had been created, moved in, or piled up by Li Yan using supreme divine abilities.
But now, another mountain had appeared here. Its roots were connected to the base of the original great mountain, forming a subsidiary peak. This had nothing whatsoever to do with Li Yan.
Although this subsidiary peak had only just formed, its slopes were already covered in green grass and small trees. Had Li Yan not known this place so well, he would certainly have believed that this smaller mountain had stood here long ago!
Li Yan did not need to think deeply about this suddenly appearing mountain. Given his control over this little world and the strange incident from before, this mountain had certainly been transformed from that black stone—or was at least connected to it.
Li Yan did not sense any violent intent from the subsidiary peak. A strange light flickered in his eyes. As his body blurred once more, he swiftly appeared behind the riverside mountain.
After arriving, Li Yan descended directly from the air onto the summit. Beneath his feet was fresh-smelling grass, while shrubs more than a person's height grew all around him.
Though there were many of these small trees, they were not particularly thick. The largest was only as thick as an arm, yet they were lush and verdant, brimming with boundless vitality.
