The four spots for the Great Luo Golden Pool had finally been decided.
Since only Xu Qing and Zhou Yue remained of the original four commanders, even with Liu Bai added, there were only three. The fourth person to stand out was unexpectedly not a commander under any of the kings, but Fang Lei, master of Lion Tiger Mountain under the Great Luo Heavenly Region.
Fang Lei was a tall, imposing middle-aged man. His aura had already reached the late First Grade Supreme stage, and he was not even inferior to Cao Feng. The Lion Tiger Mountain he occupied was also a treasured land, no worse than those great cities.
Fang Lei was also a renowned figure within the Great Luo Heavenly Region. Quite a few of the kings had attempted to recruit him, but he had refused them all. He could be considered part of the Great Luo Heavenly Region's direct forces, much like the kings themselves.
As the atmosphere atop the Great Luo Golden Platform quieted, the Sky Roc Emperor and the other two exchanged glances in the sky. Then, the Sky Roc Emperor's aged, deep voice resounded throughout heaven and earth.

Upon hearing the Sky Roc Emperor's call, Xu Qing calmly stepped forward. A beam of golden light descended from the sky, eventually transforming into a golden talisman that landed in his hand.
"Mountain Splitting Palace, Zhou Yue!"
Zhou Yue stepped forward as well and received his own golden talisman.
"Jiu You Palace, Liu Bai!"
The Sky Roc Emperor's gaze fell upon Liu Bai, and what seemed to be a smile appeared on his aged face.
This seemingly ordinary scene made the hearts of all
