Arrival in Fiore, the Town Representing the Four Seasons (Three Quarters of an Hour Revision)
The Pokemon creating the sea tornadoes
were a group of Gyarados and two Kingdra.
With Tetsuya's excellent eyesight, he could barely make out several Horsea and Seadra beside the latter through the darkening sky and the droplets filling the air.
It was not hard to conclude that this was a formidable little family.
Kingdra were Pokemon that usually lived in the deep sea.
They rarely appeared on the surface.
Tetsuya and Bill could witness this scene only thanks to the Gyarados' domineering rampage.
Their scales, gleaming with an elegant, profound luster, were exceptionally eye-catching.
The two Kingdra floated silently on the sea, one to the left and one to the right, their majestic eyes brimming with ferocity.
The opponent they were fighting was one of the pseudo-legendaries: Dragonite.
If not for their sheer numbers, Gyarados had no reason to fear two Kingdra.
Massive waves capable of swallowing most ships rose across the surrounding waters.
The strange thing was—
whenever those waves reached the vicinity of Tetsuya and Bill's ship, they vanished without a trace.
For a time, an unnaturally tranquil area had appeared in the midst of the hurricane.
"Are we... not on a ghost ship, are we? Are all of this some illusion created by Ghost Type Pokemon?"
Bill stared at the scene outside in utter disbelief.
He instinctively pinched his arm.
"Hiss—That hurts. It doesn't feel fake."
Tetsuya glanced at the water droplet pattern on his wrist, which was faintly glowing blue.
This thing was unexpectedly useful.
More than once, he had noticed the Kingdra and Gyarados looking their way.
They were not fools, after all. It was easy for them to notice the oddity here.
However,
perhaps because they sensed Lugia's aura,
the battling Pokemon tacitly ignored the small human ship.
"What is this supposed to be?"
