Ch. 83Interrogation! Flash of Brilliance

Ai Lian left the Underworld for Uruk after Ereshkigal told her to choose whether to help Gilgamesh or the gods, and she decided to support Gilgamesh. After finding Uruk’s people suffering under his rule, Ai Lian confronted the king and began fighting him with the spear Flash of Brilliance.

  • Gilgamesh laughed at the report about you, cursed your plan to protect people alone, and ordered Siduri to go to you.

Ch. 86The Gods in the Sky

Ai Lian defeated the Sun Wheel War God Ashur, inspiring Uruk’s people to resist the gods, and agreed to travel to Uruk at Siduri’s request. In the heavens, Anu dismissed the threat posed by Ai Lian for now and sent Ishtar to investigate the Wedge of Heaven and the Chains of Heaven.

  • Ai Lian severed Ashur’s wing and let him return to the heavens to report that mortals were resisting the gods.
  • Ashur’s defeat spread throughout Uruk, where people celebrated Ai Lian and increasingly joined the rebellion against the gods.

Ch. 87Fanbaba

Ai Lian reunited with Gilgamesh and met Enkidu, then agreed to join them in subjugating Fanbaba near Uruk. As the three investigated the monster’s enormous footprints, a captive figure in the forest complained about being captured by a monster.

  • Siduri brought Ai Lian to a secluded spot in Uruk, where Gilgamesh and Enkidu were waiting.
  • Ai Lian introduced herself to Enkidu and learned that he and Gilgamesh planned to subjugate Fanbaba together.

Ai Lian, Gilgamesh, and Enkidu confronted the gigantic, mutated Fanbaba to keep it from destroying Uruk, but its tough hide and immense strength made it difficult to subdue. As Gilgamesh was sent flying and Enkidu was dragged toward the beast, Ai Lian's fully formed blue spear pierced Fanbaba.

  • Ai Lian, Gilgamesh, and Enkidu found Fanbaba rampaging through the forest and decided they had to stop it before it threatened Uruk.
  • Enkidu sent chains to bind Fanbaba, while Ai Lian and Gilgamesh attacked; Fanbaba's tail caught the chains, and Gilgamesh's giant axe knocked it down only briefly.

  • A vast storm gathered over Uruk, and the Bull of Heaven emerged from the clouds as Enkidu recognized it.
  • You charged Sun God Utu, but your spear passed through his flame-like body before lightning struck you and Enkidu caught you with chains.
  • Gilgamesh unleashed Uruk’s cannons against Utu and the Bull of Heaven, then attacked the Bull with weapons from his golden ripples.
  • Utu formed a flaming greatsword and pressed you with fierce attacks while you struggled to defend and watch for the Bull of Heaven’s lightning.

Ch. 92Azure Dragon! Azure Flower

You and Utu fought across a devastated Uruk while the Bull of Heaven wreaked havoc under storm clouds. After Utu drew power from sunlight, you and he unleashed your strongest attacks, and the chapter ended as your Azure Flower caught him off guard.

  • Golden chains briefly restrained Utu, but he escaped by turning into golden flames, and you gained the advantage with your spear.
  • The Bull of Heaven continued devastating Uruk with its stomping, lightning, and flames while its body bore wounds from the battle.
  • You realized the storm clouds had weakened Utu by blocking the sun, and Utu gathered sunlight and surrounding flames to strengthen himself.

  • Yu Feng arrived at Fuyuki Port and found Lily struggling against the Sea Monsters guarding the Deep Sea Behemoth.

  • Yu Feng cut down Sea Monsters and leaped onto the Deep Sea Behemoth, while Lily and Iskandar held off the surrounding creatures.

As the White Knights overwhelmed the Sea Monster horde, Yu Feng faced the Sea Monster itself and dodged its feint, but it appeared behind him.

  • Tokiomi Tohsaka burned away Zouken Matou’s insects, and Zouken Matou vanished while Kariya Matou was already gone.

  • Yu Feng ordered Lily and the others to attack the sea beast while he maintained his Inherent Domain to cut off its access to outside mana.
  • The sea beast and the converging Sea Monsters produced a sound that made everyone see Cthulhu’s enormous eyes, severely affecting Waver.

Ch. 102Kenneth's Severed Arm

Kiritsugu Emiya severed Kayneth’s arm at Fuyuki Hospital, then came under attack from Kirei Kotomine. Lily and Yu Feng intervened, and Yu Feng left for Einzbern Castle after Irisviel reported that a guest had arrived.

  • Kiritsugu Emiya attacked Kayneth at Fuyuki Hospital, severed his arm, and left Sola unconscious in the room.
  • Kayneth told Diarmuid to seek justice against Kiritsugu Emiya, then prepared a parchment for Waver and promised to take Sola away after the war.

Gilgamesh claimed the Grail was his treasure and suggested he might grant it to Yu Feng, leaving the others to question his claims and intentions.

  • Kariya Matou left the room after asking Aoi to watch over Sakura and her sister, who were sleeping safely.
  • Lily found Gilgamesh and Iskandar drinking with Irisviel in the rooftop garden, and Iskandar invited her to discuss the King's Path during a truce.
