Jian Jianhui thought of the angels, but they had no way of contacting them, nor did they know the angels' stance. Perhaps the angels had already left Earth.
Meanwhile, Makio Kirino, as a psychic, also took action. He contacted Shin Hayate, who had returned to Earth from the lunar base, and had him retrieve Keigo Masaki from prison and bring him aboard the Artdes.
"Hayate? What are you doing here?"
"A strange guy told me. He also asked me to bring them here."
The Victory Team was equally surprised to see Keigo Masaki. They had just thought of him as well, thinking that his technology might be able to save Tiga Ultraman.
Only then did Shin Hayate learn that Daigo was Tiga Ultraman.
"Tell us the principles behind that device of yours. We need to save Tiga Ultraman."
"The Gene Factor Converter! Do you have the energy needed to activate it?"
He had previously used Daigo's Spark Lens as its energy source. Without energy, the device was useless no matter what.
"We do. It's right beneath our feet!"
The Artdes's Max System was Light Energy, fully capable of activating the Gene Factor Converter.
After learning this, Keigo Masaki agreed to hand over the Gene Factor Converter, but he had one condition.
"What condition?"
"I need to go myself, because only I can adjust the device under harsh conditions."
"But there's no space inside the device for a person!"
"As long as I can squeeze in,
