Chen Xun's voice was distant and ethereal. A glimmer flashed through his narrow eye sockets. "Old Ox, these Peak Immortals are different. Their foundations are monstrously deep, and their methods unfathomable. A hundred thousand years of lifespan is likely not their limit. It is not impossible for them to live out a Second Life."
Big Black Ox nodded gently, his gaze also fixed upon the sea.
