Seeing once was better than hearing a hundred times.
Jiang Zhe immediately pulled the Second Primordial Spirit over to try restarting this innate arcane technique.
He took out three A3 Gold plates, had the Second Primordial Spirit first mark their states, then controlled the Arc Blade Disc to cut each of them in half.
"The first one. Begin."
At his words, a cold red light flickered in the eyes of the Second Primordial Spirit, who looked like a young man.
A solid phantom of a Silver-White Giant Serpent, its head and tail connected, silently emerged behind him. A phantom clock stood behind it as well, forming what looked like an enormous formation.
The clock hands turned backward.
Gradually, Jiang Zhe felt the surrounding time and space grow viscous, as though... he had walked from the riverbank into the middle of a river, and the density of the substance around him had increased.
Then, as if the River of Time were flowing in reverse, time and space underwent reversal.
The two halves of the gold plate flew backward and fused together. A shattered mirror was made whole again, restoring the intact state that had been marked earlier, without the slightest trace that it had ever been cut apart.
Jiang Zhe held it in his hand and inspected it carefully, then tossed it aside without saying anything.
Ten minutes later.
"The second one. Begin."
The Second Primordial Spirit activated Restart once more, restoring the second gold plate.
Jiang Zhe still inspected it before tossing it aside to keep the first one company.
"Though the difference is tiny, I still noticed it. Restarting the second gold plate consumed more energy."
"Is it because of the time span?"
His gaze fell upon the third severed gold plate, and Jiang Zhe decided to try again
