Ju Zi
Meanwhile, Huo Yutong and the others soon arrived at the Sun Moon Royal Soul Engineer Academy.
After undergoing a series of tests, Huo Yutong was assigned to someone named Xuan Ziwen.
After a series of conversations with Xuan Ziwen that would have made Jing Hongchen so depressed he'd vomit blood, Xuan Ziwen brought her to the laboratory and began teaching her.
Halfway through the lesson, the laboratory door suddenly opened, and a pretty young girl walked in. As though she hadn't seen Huo Yutong at all, she lazily greeted Xuan Ziwen, "teacher Xuan, you came so early today. That's pretty rare."
With that, she simply flopped face-first onto the experiment table and fell asleep.
Under Huo Yutong's strange gaze, Xuan Ziwen coughed awkwardly.
"Cough, cough. This Senior Sister is named Ju Zi. Yutong, don't be fooled by how casual she is. She's actually quite talented at making Soul Tools."
"Mm."
Huo Yutong curiously glanced at Ju Zi twice before withdrawing her gaze and urging, "Teacher, please continue."
She had come to the Sun Moon Royal Soul Engineer Academy with a mission. She had no spare time for anything else.
"Alright, alright. Sigh, if only my other students had your enthusiasm for learning."
Xuan Ziwen sighed with some relief and continued his lecture.
Time passed quickly. In the blink of an eye, the entire morning had gone by. Xuan Ziwen stretched and said, "Alright, it's getting late. We'll stop here for today. Think it over carefully on your own. All I can teach you are the concepts; what you create from them will depend on you."
"Yes."
Huo Yutong nodded respectfully.
Just one morning had filled her with respect for Teacher Xuan Ziwen. No matter how strange his personality was, at least his passion for Soul Tools was genuine.
