"So these are the Demi-human Wizards you created?"
Outside the enormous isolation chamber, Richard and Ulysses stood before a massive transparent glass wall, silently watching the babies still lying in incubators inside.
"Yes."
Richard gazed at the infants with a complicated expression. Cultivating Demi-human Wizards had already violated the Wizard Dimension experimentation laws established by the Truth Council.
Even Great Wizards would be thrown onto the front lines for atonement through battle if they crossed such red-line statutes.
But if his conjecture was correct, the course of the Wizard Civilization's war would undergo a tremendous change. He would also gain an enormous share of Dimensional Power, laying the foundation for attaining Truth in the future.
For a Great Wizard, attaining Truth was no longer a wild fantasy.
Especially now that Richard had reached the Fifth Ring.
Advancing to the Sixth Ring was somewhat more difficult than advancing to the Fifth, but it merely required two additional complete rules.
As long as he could slay a Level Five Mayfly King on the battlefield, the greatest obstacle to reaching the Sixth Ring would vanish like smoke.
All that remained was to wait for Rule Fusion to be completed, then reconstruct his Rule Body once more and advance.
Besides, even if his conjecture was wrong, possessing a Wizard research institute would still be a tremendous benefit to Richard.
Unless it was an extremely cutting-edge field of study that required a handful of geniuses to push it forward, most research could be completed through diligence and hard work.
"You intend to make them Wizards and have them research wizardry for you, don't you?" Ulysses suddenly asked. "But how can you ensure that all these little ones have the makings of researchers?
Could Lan possibly alter bloodlines and produce geniuses on demand?"
"Not to that
