Richard walked toward the hammer. It looked utterly unremarkable, like an ordinary forging hammer, save for a few patterns resembling Damascus steel.
Yet for some reason, the instant Richard saw it, he felt that this hammer had been prepared for him.
Taking the hammer from the somewhat comical Ghost Artisan's hand, Richard immediately felt a mountain-like heaviness. But before long, that awkward weight shifted into the weight that felt most comfortable in Richard's hand.
The Great Elder came to Richard's side and said with a hint of pride, "World Annihilation Stone is good stuff. Its toughness allows many methods that cannot be used on conventional materials to be used on it.
"Guess what I did to this hammer to meet your requirements?"
Richard said nothing, merely looking silently at the information that appeared before him.
[Material: Forging hammer crafted by a Ghost Artisan] [Extractable information: Forging hammer blueprint] [Extraction cost: 500 Mental Power]
"What did you do?"
Richard dismissed the Miracle Furnace's message. Direct extraction would give him more detailed information, but since the Great Elder had asked, extracting it outright would be somewhat disrespectful.
The craftsmanship of these Ghost Artisans was so formidable that, if the opportunity arose in the future, every ruler of the Wizard Alliance ought to have a work made by a Ghost Artisan.
It truly was not worth making someone unhappy over such a trivial matter.
"Hehe." The Great Elder grinned smugly. "Inside this hammer, I used rules to simulate a world!"
He had used rules to simulate a world!?
Richard's eyes widened at once. He was not putting on an act—he had truly been stunned by the Great Elder's skill.
"You mean you used rules to simulate a complete world? And then placed that world inside my hammer!?"
The Great Elder nodded.
