Listening to Richard's bold declaration, Tower Dominator stood frozen for a moment.
It was a mad idea he had never once considered.
Though the space inside this maze was limited, that limitation was only relative to true infinity. In reality, the maze was boundlessly vast.
In the beginning, Tower Dominator had tried advancing in one direction, forcibly pushing against the spatial currents.
But after trying it, he discovered just how difficult that approach was.
The spatial currents within the maze looked exceedingly fragile, as though the slightest disturbance could trigger tremendous changes. But if one truly tried to destroy those spaces, the currents would instantly transform into layer upon layer of obstacles.
Power sufficient to shatter a miniature world outside would be weakened by these spatial currents until it could only destroy an area a few dozen kilometers wide.
A few dozen kilometers sounded vast, but in a maze of unknown size, that little area was simply not worth mentioning.
Within this space, Dominators had no replenishment of energy and could not receive support from their civilizations. If they failed to leave the maze before exhausting their energy, even a Dominator would be starved to death.
"Your idea... exceeds my imagination somewhat." Tower Dominator's tone carried a trace of amazement.
Richard smiled but said nothing further.
He knew that relying on avatars to fill all the maze's spatial currents was unrealistic, but he did not need to fill every spatial current.
He only needed to fill part of them.
Avatars were not markers; they could move on their own. As long as the avatars occupied a certain proportion of the spatial currents, exploring the entire maze would merely be a matter of time.
Moreover, he was exploring this maze to pull out the Dominators and search for the First Curse
