In the skies above the War Zone Command, a Grand Wizard whose body resembled a mass of liquid crystal spoke respectfully to the colossal bronze tower before him.
A direct order from the Thrones bypassed the Wizard Alliance's many internal procedures and reached the directors of several research institutes at the fastest possible speed.
These directors were no fools. The moment they learned that a Dominator wished to exchange technologies, they immediately began selecting a researcher.
After three days of selection, Grand Wizard Aether Crystal was chosen to conduct the trade with the Tower Dominator.
The Tower Dominator glanced at Aether Crystal. Invisible spiritual force swept over the Grand Wizard like a breeze, seeing through him completely.
"Interesting. You Wizards evolve in truly bizarre and varied ways. Your form has already come close to our life form."

A smile appeared on Grand Wizard Aether Crystal's face, and a piece of Crystal immediately grew from his hand.
"Although the Thrones did not tell us what you required, our records contain research materials concerning life forms such as yours. Before coming here, I was authorized to access those materials and, on Main Control's recommendation, selected several technologies suited to you."
As he spoke, Grand Wizard Aether Crystal sent the Crystal before the Tower Dominator.
