  • Nice but ending feels a little rushed

  • I was delighted to leave a positive review on the novel. The romance was stunning and solid, it felt like a grounded romance between peers and gave a sense of realism to a genre (omegaverse) often steeped in, well, utter dogblood. It did truly feel like an office romance while also maintaining the allure of domineering CEO, and I like that our lovely MC is extremely competent and also has his ups and downs in accepting his new designation and the panic only sets in in a much delayed fashion. You can see he was a Beta that saw Omegas as just any other normal people, and while that was commendable as a Beta, it did leave him woefully unprepared for actually living as one.

That being said... as a side note on the world building. I am something of an omegaverse enthusiast. A connoisseur, if you will. Don't look at my reviews; just know I am such an enthusiast I am deeply, deeply picky. I always like to examine the omegaverse world building from all angles whenever I come across one I genuinely like.

The age old question of omegaverse is the question of... well. The mpreg. And to a smaller degree, the lady alphas, and how you decide to handle each determines how your entire story differs from the other omegaverse stories. I have seen people dance around the topic of mpreg in many ways many times. I have never in my life seen someone trade the, well, medical and evolutionary question marks to gloss over for an ethical and moral question instead, and then not even bother to actually examine the implications.

What do you mean a male omega's pregnancy is a "mental imprint". Fine. This is not interstellar, but I can forgive--What do you mean to "have the baby" you have to apply for adoption. What does that mean. Hey. Author. Where are you going. Get back here. What does that mean

(Author did not explain at any point. Just so you all know going in. There was never an explanation for that.)

  • More kingdom building focused.

  • I don't know what chineese people think even someone farting he can destroy planet space time it is terrible. But over wrote and turn turmeric into real gold is chineese writer special characterstics.

  • I always love to see happiness of Bibi dong

  • i haven't finished yet but oh my gods. I've found most infinite flow danmei aythors can either do plot well or romance well but not both. delighted to say this author can do both. whether freak4freak is your thing or not, all i can say is this author, regardless of if this dynamic is your thing, can still make you believe the romance is real.

most romance authors fail to "convince". this pairing truly convinced me. and the setting and plot is directly tied to that belief. i don't believe any other genre or setting could have convinced me of the realness of this couple. the plot of each instance is just as carefully crafted as the romance because the author fundamentally understands that the setting and world around them is what brings them to life because that is their stage. they are both absolute psychos and i cant look away. every painstakingly crafted instance that explores the various ways to "survive" really hits harder. i had to take a break because the author explores horror as a means of using the supernatural as a vehicle for examining people, so it wasn't really the gore or nastiness that really hits you. it's the story behind each instance and "what story is actually being told".

anyways. it's good. it's so good i have to savor it. i will admit weakness for freak4freak, but damn, how can you resist when their first kiss is a bite that rips open the neck and their first dance is a carefully orchestrated mass suicide where they are waltzing to moonlight sonata between hundreds people the mc manipulated into jumping off a roof?? and he considers it a romantic gesture to the ml!!! i dont have any resistance!!! im seated and invested. theyre such little freaks that try to get each other killed as a love language. i love freaks okay.

  • it's not bad per se but i dunno i expected.... more? i think it's a matter of mismatched expectation. the title did promise an icy beauty, but the summary had me hoping for...more? he is truly cold, yes, and he does seem to be a mad scientist, but compared to other morally ambiguous main characters he's more.... bland. i started with decent interest but 66 chapters in i only have enough investment to "maintain interest", but the level of interest hasn't grown at all. that isn't to say the plot hasn't moved. it has. bits and pieces of the hook of his backstory and personal motivations have been revealed. the author has decent pacing and clearly is building a plot in between instances. but he still doesn't compel me to get invested in his story. maybe I'll come back later and see if a few dozen more chapters will raise my interest.

  • it's fine otherwise but there is one glaring inconsistency that i cannot ignore no matter what and it's ruined the whole thing for me. why did the author build it up that the entire livestream audience was utterly convinced the main character was going to be the first kill and utterly dead weight so simply because he's too beautiful and obviously that means he's brainless and born stupid..... while also seemingly being fully aware he is a purebred high ranking vampire?? like the vast majority were absolutely convinced he was going to be cannon fodder bc of his looks and not once did someone go "hey are you all fucking stupid". and it just kept going on and on. it was fine and well written otherwise but this weird authors precious baby detour was too much for me. dropped!!!

  • A decent read. I dropped it at 154 or so. But till then I enjoyed it

  • The concept is interesting

  • Stories idea was good but near it's end it's a mess the character of protagonist and rest also makes a huge difference form the start and then it ends suddenly when it had a lot of potential as per it's name.

    1like
  • Good story and concept. A fun read tho pausing it right now cause it’s getting to over the top with crossovers and powers with Force and Harry Potter power etc. He is more of manipulating people now to farm points rather than earlier where it was more of well intentioned fun bit of the story.

Has some poisonous nationalism elements sometimes with the Huaxia Supreme Kingdom stuff and all capitalism hate (while his company being the biggest capitalistic thing ever). So yeah good story, may have some poison.

  • 9.5/10. Definitely worth reading. For people who like no cheat type novels and self-consistent logical exploration of power systems, I will highly recommend this book and others by this author.
Some things might be different from other fanfics and original Naruto, some settings are created by the author to fit with his system, but overall I really love the direction of this book. The MC is not brainwashed by Will of Fire, nor is he some Uchiha Supremist, no girl chasing either. To me this meets my requirements of an interesting MC, though I understand some people may not like this.
Edit: I've stopped reading this now, the slow pace really got to me. This author has a tendancy to go for too many words for every single thing, lost me after some time when the initial excitement wore off.

  • Very interesting novel. The first arc is basically about a mysterious mental space within Naruto that gives him basic education from Earth. So there's no reincarnation or transmigration and instead Naruto has earth related knowledge and values and also eventually is given the Naruto story manga and anime. This way he also has meta knowledge. Very interesting how things play out after that. Recommend reading.

Edit: Just saw the funniest thing in a long time in this novel, Naruto from this fic sees Boruto anime and reacts to it😂😂

Edit2: Ch-310 is when Naruto goes all feel pain, experience pain. Awesome scene.

  • .... it has the aura of a Wattpad story written by a relatively talented 16 year old. i don't mean that in a mean spirited way. just a statement to take as you will. i did say relatively talented.

  • Haven't read nor will I read the novel. Why do people keep up with these so-called "people"? They neither trust you nor respect you. They will lock you up; they will break any bonds or connections you have; they will kill anyone you talk/bond/connect to or with. I HATE these so-called "Domineering CEOs" and "Yanderes". Only I matter, only I am right, everything must go my way...

Deep breaths, take deep breaths. Your heart can't take so much, Beri.

  • good stuff, lava release + righteous judgement

Edit: i think also first fanfic mc to kill Orochimaru.

  • Started as a system novel, forgot about the system...

Pretends to be a Fruit Position novel, yet lacks the required knowledge on imagery...

All I can say is that this one was a dud.

  • Fast paced, plot armoured litrpg kingdom buiilding novel. Its not very serious or logical but gets the job done and is an entertaining read,

  • From chapter 276 its like the story changed
