Peter Parker opened Vulture's backpack and took out one of the materials inside to have a look.
"No good."
He took out another item. It was the head of one of Ultron's minions.
"This won't work either."
Then he took out a third object.
"Whoa. This looks like that glowing thing from before."
At that moment, Karen spoke up.
"That glowing object is an explosive Chitauri Energy Core."
Peter Parker was so startled that he hurriedly threw it back into the backpack and said, "Whoa, whoa, are you telling me we've been carrying a bomb around this whole time?"
Karen added, "It requires radiation to activate its explosive mode."
Peter Parker quickly pulled out his phone to call his good friend Ned, but there wasn't the slightest bit of signal here.

He still remembered that he had asked Ned to look after that glowing thing, which meant Ned's life might be in danger right now.
