Ginny's Thoughts
After hanging up the phone, Wesley looked at Ivan Vanko, who was already passed out drunk on the table, and felt somewhat helpless.
This was a friend he made by chance after arriving in Russia. He saw his former self in Ivan, frustrated and unable to change his situation.
He wanted to do something, but was restricted from leaving by his father. Although Wesley did not have his father by his side at the time, he saw similarities between himself and Ivan Vanko.
After getting to know each other better, Wesley discovered that the other person was a mechanical genius, and even had many remarkable insights into gun modification. In this way, they became friends.
Therefore, Wesley had the idea of recommending Ivan Vanko to Charlotte Doyle.
Carlos summoned a hotel staff member to take the drunken Ivan Vanko to his room. He needed to figure out how to persuade this stubborn guy to go with him to see his boss, Charlotte Doyle.

On the other side.
Ginny watched Charlotte Doyle hang up the phone and asked curiously, "Boss, do you know who Wesley recommended?"
Charlotte smiled. "I've heard of him, I know a little about him. His father is Antony Vanko, who used to be a colleague of Tony Stark's father."
"Wesley made the right recommendation; he's a mechanical genius. It's just that he's a troublemaker, and I don't have a very good opinion of his personality."
With the blueprints for the Giant Arc Reactor, he was able to build a rudimentary small Arc Reactor in extremely harsh conditions, just like Tony. Who can say he wasn't a genius in this field?
However, Charlotte Doyle was unlikely to be satisfied with his personality and the ideas instilled by Anton Vanko.
While bringing them under my command might offer some assistance, their impact wouldn't be significant.
If this guy is stubborn and acts impulsively, insisting on seeking revenge against Tony Stark, he'll end up getting beaten up or killed.
Should Charlotte intervene? And what benefits would she gain if she did?
Therefore, after careful consideration, Charlotte Doyle did not intend to recruit him. However, since he was recommended by one of his subordinates, he was willing to have a chat with him. If there was still hope, then he would take him on.
He wouldn't mind having a friendly match with Tony, but he insisted on going head-to-head with Tony. Charlotte, on the other hand, didn't want to protect Hammer Industries; she thought it better to cause trouble for Justin Hammer instead!
When Charlotte said she didn't think highly of the other person's personality, Ginny blinked, thinking that as long as he was a true genius, that was fine.
She believed that with Charlotte's personal charm, this so-called Russia mechanical genius would surely obey her.
Thinking about the people she had recruited, only Carlos and his son were involved, while Shizune was surrounded by Iruka and two others, and John was recruited by the BOSS himself.
To expand her team's manpower, Ginny thought for a moment and said, "Boss, how about I go to Moscow and check out that mechanical genius for you? If he's really good, bring him back with us, Wesley."
"If he's not that outstanding, then give up on him completely."
"And let Wesley know that not just anyone is qualified to be recommended to your ranks."
Charlotte, seeing Ginny's eager expression, wondered why she had become interested and replied, "If you want to go, you should set off soon; it's not close to here."
"It would be good to meet him. Maybe with his personality, he wouldn't even be able to get past you!"
"But before I leave, I'll transfer the ten million US Dollar that the Agency just received into my personal account. I have a use for it."
Clearly, Charlotte Doyle was unaware of Ginny's ulterior motives.
Upon hearing Charlotte's agreement, Ginny smiled and said, "Okay, Boss, I'll go and check it out for you. As for the money, I'll arrange for the finance department to transfer it to you later."
"Okay, then hurry up and make the arrangements."
Once she made sure there was nothing else, Charlotte Doyle left the conference room and headed upstairs to her room.
Watching Charlotte leave, Ginny's eyes darted around. She felt pressure from Shizune, and through communication, she learned that the ninja team would grow larger and larger in the future.
To increase her standing and win over Charlotte Doyle, Ginny needs helpers—more helpers—to enhance her influence in Charlotte Doyle's eyes.
After all, she didn't possess miraculous Ninjutsu or superb medical skills, so she could only showcase her strengths in other areas.
Without hesitation, Ginny immediately arranged for the finance department to transfer the funds, and at the same time, using her High Table identity, she boarded a private jet and headed to Moscow.

Charlotte Doyle had barely returned to her room and rested for a short while when she received a text message notification that ten million US dollars had been deposited into her account.
Upon entering the System Space and seeing the pitiful 1.806 million copper coins, Charlotte immediately recharged her copper coins. Ten million coins were spent, and they instantly became 11.806 million.
Seeing the millions of copper coins, Charlotte immediately felt much better. She Summoned Beast interface Charlotte prepared to upgrade the Blue Snake.
Looking at the Summoning Realm, the Blue Snake was level 20, and the resources required to upgrade it were 500 Prestige and 50,000 copper coins, with the resource consumption increasing with each level up.
Charlotte glanced at her current Reputation Points 13,650 and thought to herself: Blue Snake needs to be level 50 to reach max level. I wonder if this Reputation Points is enough.
The next second, Charlotte began her Blue Snake upgrade journey.
After spending 13,000 Prestige and nearly 5 million copper coins, Charlotte upgraded her Summoned Beast, Blue Snake, to level 40, significantly boosting its strength. However, it was only 10 levels away from the maximum level of 50, but at this point, leveling up Blue Snake Blue Snake required 2,000 Prestige and 250,000 copper coins.
Charlotte estimates that reaching the maximum level and activating the Summoned Beast Gamakichi, will require approximately 25,000 Prestige and 4 million copper coins.
Charlotte wasn't worried about the copper coins, but it seemed that Reputation Points would have to be accumulated over time. However, with the Continental Hotel's mission, he figured he could collect enough in less than a month.
After closing the Summoned Beast interface, Charlotte noticed she still had 6.806 million copper coins. She then opened the equipment interface and saw a uniform Chunin Gear Set.
The equipment upgrade journey continues.
After investing all 6.8 million, all six Chunin equipment pieces were upgraded from level 30 to level 50. There's still a distance to go before reaching the level cap of 60 and becoming Jonin.
Looking at the empty copper coins, Charlotte thought to herself: I transferred too little money. It seems I'll have to wait until next time to transfer some more before upgrading.
The upgrade to his equipment significantly improved Charlotte's defense and attack power. Although he hadn't tested it yet, Charlotte knew that most small-caliber weapons could no longer penetrate his defenses, even without any defensive measures.
